i some how really wanted to avoid this post but i think this is needed.

- Being on the road does mean all about you.
you are responsible for other people aswell.
- now its not that i did not want to ride with you people. this time it had a different reason to it. but all the irresponsibility and agresive riding makes me feel scared. cause i dont want to be in hassel. some of you may be thinking "KYA MATLABI INSAN HAI YE" see there is nothing wrong with being selfish. cause only then we can take care of ourself. but any ways. i want to say be responsible if not for your self then for others thats the people on road and also the people who are waiting for you back home or for some who are just unaware of your where abouts.

why are we targeting this one person often reffered as OUR MAN. i dont have anything against him. its his skill to get people to do what he likes. and thats a good one. only way to get things corrected is that we dont have to be dumb enough to follow any one persons instructions.

and regarding OUR MAN. i would really like you to get your act togather now. you are a responsible person you have a job and you want to make your self big in the biking secne. so please be patient and take care of your acts.

There are somethings which we do not know. Lets not blame anyone until and unless he speaks his words out. Let everyone give their clarifications and then Mods can take their action.

Jokes apart, in my opinion it's time to take a stand about these kinda issues, a set of rule book is not enough it requires implimentation too.

And of all the Mods Ken can sure do something about it!!

G2G was good, The things which I like is that at least BI, Shivanshu, Addy, Rachit, Rohit, Rider and me were riding in a short group, concerning about us and fellow riders. Since the time ride was started, I didn't feel at any point of time that we were in group.


I won't take names but some senior members has to take responsibilities when they are in group. As, I can see that rider, BI, Shivanshu; they all are new to the club but were far better group riders. I would strongly say that Shail's accident can be avoided if we have followed the rules of riding on NHs. A new rider in a group is whole group's responsibility but again, for that a group is required at least.


I still remember when I met with an accident while my first karnal ride. That time I was a new rider. Rohit, Sohail and Saaki helped me. I learnt a lot from there.

I would like to say few things for our seniors as well. It's a request that specially to Ken da, Ravi bhaiya and others. Try to involve yourselves for group rides. It's correct that everyone is responsible for himself but when anything happens with anyone due to whatever reasons, we cannot turn our back. After all we all are part of the same biking community.


As far as the laws and rules are concerned, I would better say that don't even include those names for rides who don't have every legal papers with themselves.

Hope next sunday meet will decide many things including our future rides. I request all seniors to attend this.

I had a talk with the so called AVOIDED member. There was a fault of him, although very small but some fault from his extent. I have given him the first and the last warning regarding this.
Let him speak from his side too.

Also to all the fellow riders, please do not exchange the bikes at national highways. its not at all preferred. You will be the best with your own bike rather than any other bike. Its just a suggestion from my side just for our safety only.

Thanks for penning your thoughts down. Very considerate of you. It is nice for looking up to seniors and saying that seniors like Ken and Ravi should involve themselves. I appreciate it. But they may or may not be able to involve themselves all the time since these are people with families and other responsibilities as well.

I would also like to add that you guys are not kids. You guys are majors. Hence you should learn to take responsibility and not behave like adolescent teenagers on the loose with raging hormones.

I certainly agree with you Ken da that we are not kids. But we cannot implement a decision till the time we have majority in our favour, even though it is right. You need to have at least few persons to support yourself. It shouldn't be like, once he left we should start blaming him for everything. Things should be cleared upfront so that next time every one can be cautious of mistakes that they are committing.


On the other hand, no body will deny any senior's decision. Whether, it's you, Ravi bhaiya, DCS sir, DD or any one. No one will ask for any kind of reasons from you guys and you know why?

Thanks for posting the 'notice' and letting everyone know about the decision. Although, I have NEVER been in favor of banning somebody (be it ANYBODY), but I guess the majority feels the other way.

I had explained Nitin many a times and had warned him that I or anyone would not be able to do anything if there are multiple instances of complaints against him from other members.

Unfortuntaley what I feared just happened. I must remind everyone here that xBhp is a platform where you share and contribute so that everyone benefits, it is definitely not a school where we are teaching the basic etiquettes of life.

I am also very disappointed in some members who decide to keep an eagle's eye on the happenings and choose to come out when the dirty work has been done by the mods and admins. They are senior members who have failed to contribute anything for the betterment of their own club for reasons which suit their best interests. In my opinion they are not better than the perpetrators themselves. i have to admit that members like Rohit, who have got no 'special privileges' or moderatorship are far more concerned about this club and we need members like him but not like you!

It is absolutely wrong and naive if a member thinks that it is only a 'mod's job to take care of these things! We are running a school for you.

They think xBhp is a 'service' or a shop where they come and if they do not like the 'goods' they can say anything they want and choose to move out of the scene. Unfortunately this nothing different than the majority of the people in India who think all wrong things happening 9pollution, dust, lack of electricity and management problems) has got nothing to with them.
