Important Announcement. All members please note details of our discussion yesterday in the meet.

The group has been falling apart due to non interactions on personal levels and inactivity. Hence it is decided and made mandatory that...

1) Every month there will be a meet happening between all members. It could be in the form of a one day / two days ride or a city meet.

2) Every member is expected to be active not only on What's app group but in the FB group as well as personally by attending the meets.

3) Every month starting from January 2015 there will be a ride or a city meet which all members have to attend compulsory.

4) All members can suggest dates, Places for the ride, city meet but the final decision making of the core team (josh,ram,Suru and Karthi) will be accepted by all.

5) The entire team will ride together i.e the route,time of departure etc for the whole team irrespective of who rides what will be the same.

6) Depending on the destination and need of the hour, splitting of group or riders will be decided and all members have to abide by the decision. The departure and route still stays the same.

7) The plan would be.
Jan - 2 Day ride,
Feb - City meet,
March - 1,Day Ride and so on for all months.

8) There will be a big ride above 1000 kms planned once in a year. It is not mandatory to join this ride but the monthly rides and meets are mandatory.

9) Do not form internal groups and wait for your close friends to join the ride with you. If you are willing and are free then just ride. Planning, execution etc takes time, energy and efforts. Cancelling rides or meets frequently is de-motivating to other members and not healthy.

10) The monthly rides / Meets etc will happen and details of the same will be posted on the group as well as FB page. Please keep checking them and reverting with queries, doubts, suggestions, confirmations etc regularly. We will not be spoon feeding each one and nor the plan get cancelled for anyone. Even if two members are only present the ride or meet will happen on the designated date and time. All announcements will be made at least 2,weeks in advance. It is up to each member to organize/ plan his schedule to join.

11) Maximum care would be taken to make the rides and meets lighter on the pocket. A one day ride would be planned for places around 200,kms both ways and a two days ride would be around 400, kms both ways. Negotiations will be made to make the hotels etc as cheap and best as possible. All cost and budget details also will be update well in advance to help you'll plan.

12) If you do not have riding gears then please start buying them. It will soon be mandatory to join rides only with proper riding gears.

13) If any if your friends would like to join the group then they are welcome to join. Any two members from the core team have to approve of them after personal interaction thru a meet or a ride.

14) This is an open forum and for friends as well as riders to have fun as well as share and gain knowledge too. Refrain from posting adult contents like nude pics, videos etc. Regular jokes, funny images etc can be posted.

15) All members are advised not to pass any personal remarks or comments about another member. Everyone here has a different nature and temper. Your joke would not be taken lightly by the other and create personal differences.

If any member has any kind of issue or has felt bad about any comment or joke then please stand up for yourself and put down ur point loud and clear. We are all friends here and being straight forward with your views would help strength the bond. No body has a third eye vision to read your thoughts and understand. Put across your thoughts clear and cooperate to grow as a team.

16)Any member not attending 3 meets consecutively (unless it is a very serious or unavoidable situation) will be removed from the group. He can later be added once he has finished all his personal issues.

Xbhp Monthly Ride Announcement.

Date - 3&4 the January 2015
Place - Wayanad
This is a one Night hTwo days ride.

Day 1 Cbe - Sathyamangalam - Thimbam - Chamrajnagar - Sultan Bathery ( Night Stay )

Day 2 - Sultan Bathery - Masinagudi - Madumalai - Ooty - Kotagiri - Cbe

Approx distance would be 400-450kms totally.

Approx cost RS 1000/- per head for stay and food. Fuel cost additional as of actual.

All members have to participate. It is mandatory.

Requesting your sincere help in locating my lost Gopro Hero3+ silver (Purchased 10 days back) / SJ 4000 camera.

My camera was stolen on 18-1-2015 at Kolli hills / Agasa gangai falls in Namakal district.

Requesting fellow bikers to avoid buying any used GoPro / SJ 4000 without bill and box from any un-known seller as I have officially lodge a complaint on the product bearing the serial number H3S+A1014C2C23C (GoPro). Requesting help in re-uniting me with my camera, kindly notify me or my friend if you come across any seller in your districts with our lost cameras.
