hi guys...........I was offline for several days.....

@threat2myself and SilentKnight; Its happy to hear that you people have booked new bikes.............


I was on another trip with 2 of my friends and Sudharshan aka Zaphod, an Xpbhpian from Chennai.
Went to Munnar and had some real fun............Some pics are below and I hope I ll be able to post a trip log within 2 or 3 days.

Hi frnds, i had d privilege to ride with two xbhpians on d ride praveen chetan mentiond, had my frnd Dr.Jinu too wth us.. It was really an experience wth 8km of pakka offroading, to d Anamudi and rain all thro d trip.. Should really praise sudharshan for his long ride, hope he had a good time wth us.. And my fazer who proved his efficiency as a tourer, really enjoyed d cornerin..

I am going to Hamara bajaj to give my machine to fix the following list of problems which just popped out.

1. Gear shift is too tight(I will build too strong muscles soon on the left leg)
2. Beautiful vibrations (i don no the source, complete vibration,vibration increased after the bulb change.. )
3. Poor efficiency (30-32)
4. Oil leak from head(may be the gasket is screwed)
5. Speedo is not working, it works sometimes properly and sometimes shows extra ordinary figures like 165, 199 etc and most of the time he claims, he is at stand still even if we do a 100 kmph...

I will take my machine back only when they are able to fix all issues.

Remedy:

1. Fork oil change
2. Oil change
3. brake fluid change
4. Wheel balancer change
5. Air filter element change
5. Head gasket change
6. Brake pad change
7. Speedo sensor change (unser warrenty)
8. Chain cleaning
9. Other mechanical bolt tight jobs and service.

Steroids/supplements

1. Iridium plugs
2. Split fire cable.

Thats seriously one hell of a list...how much hav your bike run? an head leakage in such a new one? BTW in anyway your bike had some mating session with any bullet

Well Anand ended up going alone! and later me ,ashiq n swas went to athirapilly!

and AFAIK,split-fire cables are useless..

hahahaha....

wheel balancer... they says there is a rubber bush @ rear wheel to balance it?! may be ..

head leak is due to gasket issue...
if it was a deal like u said the exhaust pipe would have become a free flow one ..

iridium plugs are not available for a week.. cable will cost 350-450(depending on person) This wont bring a big gain, but a a lil bit crisp feel, if i heard is true.. Will update once i get it done buddy.

my machine just did 11 k in 7 months.but most of the stuff i am changing now are due from 10k.
