      personally i always carry the photocopy only...will that be fine...??

        Nope carry originals as we would be crossing the border and going in UP so dont take chances.

        Kindly note All - The papers you would be carrying should be original. Though you can keep the photocopy with you but carry the originals as well.

          @Seniors : A suggestion, like this pit stop. Lets decide 2 more pit stops alongwith a tentative time we would cross that stop so that riders can reach at those points if they miss meeting the group

            Definitely!!
            Those who stays in Ghaziabad, like you & Manan, we can cordinate & meet you guys somewhere on the highway itself. No need for you guys to come towards Maharani Bagh or Akshardham temple

                As mentioned above maharani bagh and petrol station near Akshardham are good as pit stops.

                  Sorry mods, I am busy at work, I was trying to load the map but couldnt. So, I am just writing about the meeting places we have decided.

                  First meeting point - Maharani Bagh BUS STAND



                  The timing for this meeting place is 0700-07300hrs. We would leave for our next meeting point at 0730hrs sharp. Just to let you know, its the place where Old Yamaha Showroom was there, while going to DND freeway for Noida, after the Ashram crossing

                  All riders who would find it convenient to meet at this place, please do come here between 0700 to 0730hrs.


                  Second Meeting Point-PETROL PUMP after Akshardham red light crossing


                  The timing for this meeting place is 0730-0800hrs. As you cross Akshardham Temple on left hand side, keep going straight unless you come across a red light and metro flyover. After you cross the red light, there is a Petrol Pump on the left hand side, we all would be assembling there only

                  After assembling here, we would leave for our destination. Also note that all riders here would be checked for papers and there driving license. So kindly dont forget any of this. And since in morning its gonna be chilly wear warm.

                  EDIT :- The maps have been provided by Kurtrules, thanks a ton buddy for helping me out, really appreciate. Now this makes me plan to come and meet you soon

                    the ride will be passing through NH-24 which is much closer from my and some other bikers location...so it would be great is a hop-in point can be adjusted anywhere on NH-24...we will be starting from point A on map....

                      @ Silentkiller: This would be out of our Route. It would be better if we meet them some where on NH-24 near Gazipur Mandi.

                        i said the same thing...i just quoted the map to show my starting point location...point A on the map is the start point for me....

                              @Romeoinvisible: Isn't the meeting place posted already? Please have a look at the original post. There are two places where the group would meet up. Decide which one would be more convenient for you, and meet up there! Simple enough? Or do you expect someone to "feed" you on a "silver spoon", no less!?

                              Come-on guys; the plan is up, the meeting point(s) have been decided upon, still a few of us ask "Where do I meet?" This is pure and simply ridiculous to say the least. PLEASE read the WHOLE thread carefully before posting any query of yours.
