dint you take any nice pics of the bikes in action? Thats what motocross is about. I couldnt make it as I slept happily till 2pm lol. Anyways no regrets.

Too bad you guys dont show interest in all these events which are held to promote the automobile scenario in hyd. Biking is not just about rides, meets and all. Atleast an effort should be made to try to encourage and support these events than just bluntly tag them as boring.

I seriously acknowledge Yasir for the spirit he had and if wasn't for my mom and my bike, I would have been in the dirt racing last weekend. There wasn't a single response regarding this event. In fact even for the previous drag race, no response at all. Those drags are the ACTUAL place to prove anything, if not winning, at least participation. I know there are many hyd xbhpians who are not so enthusiastic when it comes to drags and are happy in their world of touring. I dont blame them. Its the other set of croud who gaga about drags, offroading, stunts, etc. Its not just about yapping off to glory, you need to make use of the opportunities when they are in front of you.

I may sound a little harsh in this post. I just want to put my point across, this is what I feel about xbhp hyd. Tourers, I keep you out. Best example, take Kriss, he had the passion and zeal for biking, he went and proved it by taking part in the power hunt event not only in hyd but other states. He used the opportunities. Am not asking you all to travel around etc, just encourage the sport in our own city. Except for Castrol Max throttle, there has never been any event in hyd since many years and now when we have events, this is what I get from hyd bhpians, either they are out on long rides or on some other excuse.

I seriously want to see, how many of you make it to the 20/21st race.

MRF Supercross 2009 Update

I wanted to attend this event as I had never been to any motocross event. So I started from my home at 10am and reached the airport at 10:30am. The annoying thing which I noticed was that, they said the entry was free and to compensate that they charged Rs50 for bike parking. I parked my bike, clicked a few snaps. The turnout was quite good inspite of the weather being harsh. The event started at 11am. First it was the foreign class category. It was of 6 laps wherein I could see them competing against each other for the first spot and battling to stay on the track. Witnessed the bikes flying in the air. It was really spectacular. I made videos of them. It took around 11 minutes to complete the race. Next was the Indian class under 165cc category. The bikes who participated were Apaches from Team TVS, Yamaha RX100, RX135, RXZ. And after this a few more races followed. I was feeling lonely as no one from XBhp turned up. Luckily I found Yaser bhai and was with him for the rest of the time. The event finished at 1:30pm.

I take the responsibility and appologies for all of them who underwent the pain of lack of unity, encouragement, spirit etc etc...

Its just that i'm getting busy and busy now a day, with a hectic job around and personal life which is really blocking myself from xbhp.

That's an excellent idea. Full sleeve tees is what we really need. We can print "XBhp Hyderabad" on the tees and also have a pic of Charminar. Hoping that I would soon get my first XBhp t-shirt.

HE HE, now am in the drag meet, i know am no good @ it but yeah buring some rubber is what i consider for that. So how many are game for the same!!! i know moeed and sam will be der, i mean @least i can count on them for it.

@all - I know that things have been bad for most of them @owrk, but can we please try to make it for the meet. One meet in a month is around 4hours. Can we compensate 4 hours from our personal and professional life towards the rides!!!

Summer is the time when most of the bikers would be inactive (atleast me for sure)

Can confirm for this only on 13th of June... My current project has ended and rt now I am on BENCH!! So got some courses in queue to attend so no idea when I'd be free....
