well, the 1st shower after the bloody burning summer. Riding now will really be fun.

but i really love the weather today, i really wanted to get drenched and take out my dad's passion out for a ride (my ZMA still has some issues). Go for a nice ride and have Kandha Bhajiya (onion Bhajji) and chai on the roadside, that wud have made my weekend.

Just returned home from a ride to Mallela Theertham. Did 415kms. Started at 5:30am. The weather was perfect for the ride, waterfall was soothing after the summer season. Trekked to the top of the waterfalls. It was a nice experience. While returning, it started to rain heavily. Loved to ride in the rain on the highway! What better way to welcome the monsoons, than to ride in the rain.

Back from the Ananthagiri ride...roads were really good, inspite of being only 2 lane. Hardly any traffic, overall a very pleasant ride.

@HydBiker: Thanks for telling us to go a bit ahead-the twisties are something no one should miss. There is also a nice straight stretch where we were checking for topspeed. I was surprised to see RTR doing 123 (R15 was at 129 though).
After coming back home, when I was cleaning my bike, it started raining&was still raining till I went to sleep at 1:30 a.m.
Guess the rains are finally here!
So, that calls for a visit to one of the dams.

@All: Who is in for a ride to Pochampad Dam on 21st? Around 210 kms.on NH7.

@riazmomin: I will be out of town this monthend, leaving on 26th, so cannot join for Kuntala ride. If others are willing, can we postpone it to July 1st week? I will be back by 1st. I read somewhere that July-August is the best time to visit there! I would love to ride with our xBhp gang-its been a long time.

I am fine with July first week too buddy. In fact I wont be having a bike by that time. My R15 is sold and I will be taking new bike (Xtreme/GS 150R). So it would be in run in at that time.

Lets see what others say if the Ride is in July 1st or 2nd week.

Even Kiran said that July would be the good time to visit Kuntala. And yes he is right

^^ Yeah the ride was amazing. The best part was that the weather was with us. I am on for the ride on 21st.
No problem with Kuntala ride in July.
