Help Needed - My bikes giving me a lot of trouble. First of all, the kick start does not get the engine to life, i had issues with the battery. I got the battery changed (Got a new Amco7 Amps). the bike starts only with the Self Start, but gives me a jerk while am on the run. It also turns off if i leave the accelerator.

Now i have changed a couple of plugs, so no issues with the plugs as the current passes. Got the crab cleaned a couple of times, checked for the fuse and the electrodes that connect to the batter, got the fuel cap cleaned as I was suspecting that it might something might be a hindrance to the air flow. Tried a new battery and an alternate battery, comes up only on battery (as mentioned earlier). Also we checked with the value air kit inside the crab but no go. I don know, seems like am stuck in middle of no where.


Can you guys help me on that please

I see if we can meet this Saturday and check your bike. Most probably this would be a small issue. Do not worry. Which plug you are using now?

its now running on NGK Iradium i ordered it from DSG Pune.

You said your bike was not running properly on the iridium plug. How is it working now?

I initially thought probably it was the plug but its not that, cos the plug works good. The bike just turns off while am riding and if i don hold the accelerator it get off.Chala problem unidi anna. AA bandi naaku chala sentiment!!!

bro,u can get those iridium plugs from our local dealers,why all the pain of ordering???
and is ur bike turning off when the handle is turned??
if so check the idleing screw,it might have got stuck...(happened for mr once)

its irrespective of the handle bhai, it does not turn on with the kick and with ne battery it starts but than the bike goes off if i leave the accelerator.

jst check out the fuses once ........remove them n plugin again .......jst try with a spare fuses once.....same problem ws wit my bike wen eva i slow down ma bike m low down the thortile it use to get off automatically n my pro ws solved by doin so

Sounds like you need to increase your engine idle speed is all.

Well, one weired thing is that i increased the RPM thing to 3.0. It starts dropping and than shuts off by getting onto 2.0 andthan 1.5 and off. damn weired man, seems like its bloody got a brain of its own!!!

Sounds to me like its issue with the choke, check it as well.

Yep, Check the choke lever position.
