For sportiness, best handling, and acceleration go for R-15.

      FZ-16 has a lazy engine.

        thats it ?

whats the use of having bikes which can touch 300 when 120 is the limit and crossing that will end up in ''tickets''

        • FZ16 is a good bike as long as you want a street bike!!! But Yamaha seems to have trouble with the spares. A friend of mine lost his bikes keys and for the new lock set, the yamaha guys asked him to wait one month at least(it means the bike would be in state of locked in his office for at least one month). And some of the folks here are eagerly waiting for certain basic spares which are required for regular servicing!!

          YAMAHA when will you learn???

          • had an zf before 220dtsi for 8 months....its an awesome bike but only limited to the city streets...after 80 or 100kmph it totally sucks.it isnt designed for top end.the paint quality and rim quality are pathetic...they bend at the slightest pothole collision.r15 is a good track tool but not good in traffic or city conditions...it has low initial gear pull and even an fz can go faster in the initial gears...

There are wents on front, back, and hands which will take care of free air circulation. You will not face any problem while on move. Only when you stop in hot sun, you will sweat.

Its not like mesh jackets are ice cool! If you do go for one, be sure to remove the thermal lining, else you will be roasted!

Now lemme confuse you...is water proofing really that necessary? Or is the thermal lining useful where we live?
Hehehehehe...ask HydBiker how his Nero is...I have a Cramster Breezer Mesh 1.0&got a raincoat free with it.
No armored riding jacket feels cool&comfy. On the highways its ok coz the breeze is blowing real hard, but in the city it is like hell. I almost fainted due to dehydration near a really long traffic signal at Paradise on my way back from the NizamSagar ride. I was in full gear then.
