i got the bunk which fills up nitrogen...its at jublie check post...bugger took 50 bucks .....and my bikes ride is kinda heavy...

nitrogen is lighter than air if i know my chemistry right

Finally went to minister road to check out the riding gear ..
just found 1 shop for that ..
but the jackets were pretty expensive and not branded .. see the pic .. this was the jacket i liked it was priced for 7.5K!!!! non branded jacket .. what do you say friends?? ..
well no helmet of my size ..he said he would order it and give me a call ..

checked out CROSS helmets going for one if i get the size .. price 3K..did not find any branded gloves too ..

he told me 2.1k for the cross helemt

The shop's name is Racing Accessories. He gave biking gear to On the Rocks but that chap failed to carry on the deal so the stock was taken back.

Guys, refrain from filling nitrogen in bike tires. Your steering or in this case, handle will become heavier and the ride will become bouncy which is very bad and dangerous when cornering. If its a car, its a different story now. It can be suggested for cars but not for bikes if you ask me. The only advantage is, it will be cooler and you dont need to refill air for quite a few months. The pressure stays intact.

ya i think i made a boo boo in filling up nitrogen....it sux man...the ride quality is hard and i feel the bike is dragging

Would love it if any1 could suggest some destination around hyderabad, can be roughly 100kms away (maximum). Got a friend on his new P220 dtsi ready to ride with me, I guess he's new to the highway so am keeping the distance short for both of us, as I have not ridden with him before..

My experience has been pretty good. I filled it multiple times. The tyre runs cooler and the pressure stays for a long time. Nitrogen is not heavier than air but it is overall a bigger molecule than the other dominant gases like Oxygen. If you are feeling the heaviness, check the pressure you have in your tyres. There is a chance that you now have lesser pressure in your tyres - most probably because of the wrong reading of the air filling machines... they generally show lower pressure so we end up filling more air.

If you have time and patience .. could you please elaborate on replacing air with nitrogen in the tubes ...
i realize that it makes the bike more heavier but whats the diffrence

@KP anna - this is some problem with a magnetic coil it seems. One of my younger bro's freind came from b'lore for Deccan Quater mile drag. So he told that. Now gonna send it either to b;lore or pune.

so, is that why it was missing an ignition now and then??? What did he say? can that be rectified or would you have to change the coil?

Ravi Kiran's marriage (reception) on that day. Have a long ride G2G and reach Bangalore by the noon. Attend the function, have dinner and start off on a return night ride. You can even make that your Saddle Sore run.

hmmm saw some gloves too .. priced between 900 to 1800 ..
guess they were not branded ..i tried on a few .. they felt good however .. i did not go for them ..
he had around 15 gloves the show ..

PS:he also told me he would be getting more gloves in 2 or 3days time ..
suggest you wait .. he will give me a call .. ill let you know dude
