I am going for it because I am getting it for free for one year. Yet not 100% sure, but 90% I would be getting it soon. One more problem is it is a TN registered bike.

Get the NOC and ride it like that only. Later if you find it too troublesome with the cops and its nearing 6 months, then you can transfer it.
