Well i am interested in the meet. Need to put some miles on the bike and complete the initial run-in period.So do let me know the details on where to meet up and stuff. Detailed directions would be appreciated, since i have no sense of direction.

Thats cool. Where do u stay? The meet point would be in Mehdipatnam. I will update on the exact time and place of meet tomorrow (Saturday) morning. From the meet point, we will drive to Shamshabad airport and proceed to the drag strip.

KP, heard of the Imlibun busstand? there is one road full of used tyres there, had been there once with a friend who got two tyres+tubes+rims over a year back for his sparingly used 800 and they are going on good. and then there is also the siddiamber bazar - the two places are closeby. If you want, we can go and check there. you can go collect parts and build a USED cars in those lanes lol.

Yaser Bhai, I know those places vaguely - you know I am the main road traveler type in that area and hence never really peeked in to the shops or the by lanes. Would you be available on Saturday to check that out? Shall await something from Sagar today. Thanks

He cant beat me. I will get a silencer, headlight assembly and battery under warranty soon. If iam lucky enough a clutch switch is also on its way.

Generally early in the morning 6:00 - 6:30 am max. But off late we have got a bunch of youngsters who hate to wake up early and thereby skip many G2G's and rides that are scheduled for as late as 7:00 - 7:30 am.

Yamaha YZF R1 2010 booking are open, just watched the cut-out @ Pearl Yamaha. Also in yesterday's sakshi paper the news is that very soon there will be 400-500 CC pulsars, statement given by Rajiv Bajaj during the launch of baby Pulsar. When Karizma ZMR was launched, in Sakshi it is mentioned as 125CC

KP, If you remember, there are some shops at Afzalgunj (Near Hospital) where I saw many shops with used car parts and hopefully tires also. this is on main road itself. It comes between karachi bakery & Afzalgunj bus-stand. I dont remember the hospital name but its a popular government one.

I had heard of something like jumeiraat (Thursday in Urdu. Pardon me if i spelled wrong. ) bazaar in some part of old city from a friend of mine. It seems anything is available there, Literally!! He had parked his scooter there and went for a short stroll to check out the place. By the time he came back his scooter's stefny (forgot the spelling) and a few accessories were stolen and were being sold next to it.
