Thats cool. Where do u stay? The meet point would be in Mehdipatnam. I will update on the exact time and place of meet tomorrow (Saturday) morning. From the meet point, we will drive to Shamshabad airport and proceed to the drag strip.

Hi guys Iam Adnan and new to XBhp. Couldnt find a better way to start off with introducing myself to our own NAWABS. I stay in padma rao nagar. Currently own a RTR 160. Will be getting a R15 soon.
Also i would love to join you guys to at the meet. Could someone help me navigating the way?

Welcome to xBhp Adnan. U should get in touch with Sam. He stays in padmarao nagar and used to own a yellow RTR160. Now drives the Pee220.

The Highway Nawab guys used to meet every alternate weekend. Now its almost totally disintegrated. Maybe the press guys got confused.

Most of the members would be free on Sunday & there are not many people having problems with it. On Saturday it may not be possible to meet, for most of the members. Hence fixed on Sunday for the meet. But anyone can go anytime either Saturday or Sunday. This list is for just some formality to assure ourselves that things are going in an orderly way.

My sources say that this time you have LOADS of super cool bikes and cars coming down. More than 100 bikes and 100 cars taking part. Teams from Blore coming as usual with a few more serious competitors (includes my friends) and even team Gameover from Mumbai Its gonna be a lot of fun! Please take videos and lots of pics of still and action for souls like me who cant make it. Have to have my exam at the wrong time! In case I come there for a while on sunday, ill be with gameover team as crew member

KP, If you remember, there are some shops at Afzalgunj (Near Hospital) where I saw many shops with used car parts and hopefully tires also. this is on main road itself. It comes between karachi bakery & Afzalgunj bus-stand. I dont remember the hospital name but its a popular government one.

Yes. The lanes near Osmania Hospital and the Afzal gunz area has a lot of shops selling vehicle spares. Particularly there are so many shops for heavy vehicles - each street specializing in one type of parts & repairs It is so damn confusing without someone who can tell you what is where. BTW, I didn't see tyres there. Probably I didn't enter that galli!

I had heard of something like jumeiraat (Thursday in Urdu. Pardon me if i spelled wrong. ) bazaar in some part of old city from a friend of mine. It seems anything is available there, Literally!! He had parked his scooter there and went for a short stroll to check out the place. By the time he came back his scooter's stefny (forgot the spelling) and a few accessories were stolen and were being sold next to it.

Heard a lot about that but had never been there. One my friend has built a full fledged PC by sourcing parts from there - 4 years ago. He needed 3 visits and Rs 8K!
