Talk about bad launches.. lol
It was fun, no matter who won or lost, everyone kept going and going again and again. Sagar's T-rex is a bike with a lot of potential, but it has to be channeled properly (listening re..?)
And we had a few guys watching, no trouble as such, they also were enjoying I guess, a few were asking questions abt the bikes n all..
After all the drags we had a few wheelies n stoppies as icing on the cake lol.. Damn good sunday morning I should say

Listening listening... Well lets just say that if I get the cash and permission, you will have one lighting bolt from xbhp on the drag strip.Originally posted by TnT View PostSagar's T-rex is a bike with a lot of potential, but it has to be channeled properly (listening re..?)

So guys...who won? I was surprised to see the RTR take a massive lead off the blocks over the R15. I was under the impression the R15 has a better 0-60?The company I keep:
Yamaha Rx100
Yamaha RD 350 (HT)
Bajaj Pulsar 150
Kawasaki Ninja 250r

Am not surprised. R15, develops most of its power higher up in the rpm range, hence will be slow, straight out of the block, but would soon catch up when it comes into its own.Originally posted by Yasser View PostSo guys...who won? R15 lost for 2 main reasons
1. I had an advantage over power to weight ratio
2. TnT had a bad launch on the R15
And when i had the R15 i dragged with sam on the P220 Dts-i and i lost by just a half foot.... depends on launch n the power to weight ratio again,...so rethink u guys RETHINK
BTW there is another video where me on the R15 and sam on the Apache 180, i won that race by MILES!!!! Based on my analysis of the drags (raced all bikes) i'd say
1st - Bajaj Pulsar 220 Dts-i
2nd - Bajaj Pulsar 220 Dts-fi
3rd - Yamaha Yzf R15
4th - Apache RTR 180
5th - Apache RTR 160
6th - HH passion +
these bikes were in stock condition
now the modded bikes (rode only sagar's bike) but i'd say
1st - 250 cc modded bike
2nd - Sagar's bike ( i did an exit speed of around 140kmph!!)
3rd - Modded RX-100Last edited by nikhpaul; 02-15-2010, 06:20 PM.
