I had been to nagarjun sagar in november mid (but in my car). Ther roads were OK. There are craters around almost whole stretch. But can be dodged if you are attentive.

EDIT: Vizag is 650kms+ from Hyderabad.

Vijayawada is around 220kms.
Rajamahendravaram will be good place for OR-AP G2G.

Correction: Vijayawada is 280 kms, of which 180 kms are single lane and has been dug up either side for four-laning. You would regret why you had chosen this route to ride.

Vinu...You must have loved every second of it! I know i did when i went on a holiday to kerala with family. But riding through those scenic places is an entirely different experience, must have been awesome! If anyone is planning any rides in/around hyderabad in future, please do share it us in this thread! I dont want to miss it

Guys, since the trip by Vinu has brought up the Kerala topic, can someone suggest some must visit places around Kochi? I will be traveling there this month end for my friends wedding.

kochi is located in Ernakulam district of Kerala. Dutch palace, St.Francis church (vasco da gama was buried here), Harbor, Wellington island (a man made island near kochi port), Bolgatty island, Cheraman juma masjid (around 50 kms frm town - its the first ever mosque in India, Cherai beach, kodanad elephant training centre.

can anyone guide me as to how to reach Mallapur, Nacharam in Secunderabad?

also has anyone recently traveled from mumbai to hyd or even from solapur to hyd?? hows the road conditions there?
