Hi,
Greetings from Dirt Track Productions and 60kph - Motorcycle Travel Club, India.
On July 18th, we are screening both our films One Crazy Ride and Riding solo to the top of the World in Bandra, Bombay.
Entry to the event is free and you are welcome to invite others.
Date: 18 July, 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 07:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Where: Saint Andrew's Auditorium
St. Andrews College, St Dominic Road
Behind Holy Family Hospital
Bandra (W), Mumbai
Please find the invitation in the attachment.
We hope to see you there in person. The auditorium is big enough to accommodate 900 people, so please forward the invitation to people who might be interested. I don't want to end up watching the films alone, so a little marketing from your side for the event would do us good. ;-)
Trailers of both the films are at the following link.
Dirt Track Productions - Trailers of One Crazy Ride and Riding Solo To The Top Of The World
About the film One Crazy Ride:
A motorcycle expedition on uncharted roads across the Himalayan state of Arunachal Pradesh, situated in
North-east India. But more than an expedition, it's a film on friendship, camaraderie and the "never say die"
attitude of five motorcyclists in the face of unforgiving terrain.
Shot with no back-up vehicle or film crew, in parts of India hardly seen, filmed or explored, the
documentary captures the interactions and experiences of the riders who are trying to chart a route, which
according to everyone does not exist.
About the film Riding solo to the top of the World:
Riding Solo... is an award winning film about filmmaker Gaurav Jani's solo motorcycle journey from
Mumbai to one of the remotest places in the world, the Changthang Plateau in Ladakh, bordering China. As
a one-man film unit, he astonishes you, filming the landscape he passes by and the people he interacts with,
capturing moments of beauty, pain, love, hardship, self doubt and spiritual triumphs.
Film website: Dirt Track Productions - One Crazy Ride now available on DVD
If you wish to take a print out of the invitation to share it with others, you can download the high resolution file from http://www.mediafire.com/?m2yiaqnjgyc
See you there,
Gaurav and 60kph Family

i was searching for you atul.
the movies were great.
it was really chilling inside as my shoes was filled with water plus the A/C
by the way on the ride back home i realized the my ride was wobbling a bit.i thought it must be because of the road.but when i reached a hotel near by i saw that my rear tire was flat
lol this was funny as i took it at 108kph with a flat rear tire
.
damn !
but the day was awesome.got my sticker at last thanks to rohit !

That was one of the best movies/documentries I've ever seen in my life so far.. It was so involving that you automatically forget everything else and start flowing in with the pictures on the screen.. Hats off.. I dont have words to the way Gaurav Jani put his experiences in sentences.. Amazing cinematography.. Cant forget the wonderful music by Ved Nair.. Added that little extra to every moment.. What else one wants when hundreds of biker stand up and give a loud applause to your movie and your ride..
In short.. He just changed my definition of "A HARD CORE BIKER..TOURER"..!
Helmets off to that guy and the rest of the riders of Arunachal Pradesh Ride.. One Crazy Ride..!Ketan Nikharge.

The best one was d "ONE CRAZY RIDE"....and "THE RIDING SOLE" was good too...
but in that i found less biking Scene's...and more sewang family and Changtan tribe stuff.
But the director guy has put..gr8 gr8 gr8 gr8 effort in making all that.
You see placing a camera couple of miles behind .taking the shot then getting bak to it..100's of time. This makes me do helmet off for him.
Anyway on the way bak we had tasty biryani, chiken fried rice,soups,fanta's..limca's. etc etc .and kaandaa obviously wid the whole gang.which ended d day on a perfect way.Though we missed SB,bibek, rachit, snehil, vikas to share d bill.
Spidey was insisting to hav a post dinner coffe, but everyone shooted off.i was the first one though
Does any one remember the sign board's saying's ??..
One was something "U R RIDING TOO FAST"
other one "........ ............ i also want you slowly" can't remember the whole.
