@Rony - I'm replying you PM here for everyone's convenience.


1. That you guys decide. I can take the money individually from the 3 representative from 3 zones or from a single person who will have the total money of all the people.
2. Yes the money will be collected along with the Tees. Whoever will pay the money beforehand will get the merchandise and you have to pay the money to the concerned zone representative individually.
3. Delivery will happen on 5th Dec(Sunday). I don't believe in courier for sending big consignment anymore and I will be bringing it with myself while coming back from Delhi.

Either you can give me the money on 7th or on 14th November,7th will be better.

rony since you comment bothers someone to explain i am doing it on everyone's behalf

The reason for not giving stickers to all & sundry is that though most of you are known atleast at a meet or minimum on 1 ride ,it is safe to assume that these people confirm to xbhp rules & safety norms & can be given the stickers

There are a few which are unknown entity & hence before the stickers are given we would like to have a better aquaintance with these people

What I now understand is, money for the stickers is to be collected along with the Tees ... But how the stickers will be allotted is still a question ... I understand yours & other senior's concern regarding misuse of stickers but then how are you going to tackle it is still unclear ... Once the the merchandise are here, people who have paid will come asking for them, what needs to be done then? ... Should only Tees be given and make them wait for some screening test before giving them stickers ? .... Please explain the process of sticker allotment in detail !

PS: I think its better not to collect money for stickers in advance (we can keep some adequate stickers in stock), let the concerned members attend some G2Gs and once they are clear they can get the stickers on instant payment !

Phew! That list just keeps growing longer, and iRONYcaly (i know wrong spelling) someone though it may not be a great idea

Ketan: That could have been us, Me on a loud RTR with a P220 and a R15 for company! We had a crazy nightout after the gyan session!

I think I misplaced my back up sticker, but then again I need a new front visor too! So I guess I shall wait for the next lot.


PS - Enough of the Great Mumbai Offline List thread and time for a G2G plan..
Its official, its winter and its the touring season ahead.

Unfortunately I dont have many leaves, and the ones that I have will be used up for my best friends wedding! What this leaves me with is a is a new year plan.
Currently being cooked by a few... its going to be a 30th Night ride - Party on 31st at a place which is just a 3 figured KMs distance away... followed by a ride back on 1st evening...

Anyone interested?
