Nobody has confirmed to volunteer from central side yet . Only P220_noob showed interest. Let him confirm. After that central xBhpians can pay to him latest by 7th November, 2010 !! ... Regarding delivery time & sticker allotment, MG is yet to reply to my questions posted earlier

@Rony - I'm replying you PM here for everyone's convenience.

1. Whom will you collect the money from finally?
2. Regarding stickers, there is a conditional clause attached "on senior's discretion" ...... will some senior bother to explain it in detail ? ...... And should the money for stickers be collected now along with Tees ?
3. If we submit you the money by 7th Nov, when can we expect the delivery?

1. That you guys decide. I can take the money individually from the 3 representative from 3 zones or from a single person who will have the total money of all the people.
2. Yes the money will be collected along with the Tees. Whoever will pay the money beforehand will get the merchandise and you have to pay the money to the concerned zone representative individually.
3. Delivery will happen on 5th Dec(Sunday). I don't believe in courier for sending big consignment anymore and I will be bringing it with myself while coming back from Delhi.

Either you can give me the money on 7th or on 14th November,7th will be better.

rony since you comment bothers someone to explain i am doing it on everyone's behalf

The reason for not giving stickers to all & sundry is that though most of you are known atleast at a meet or minimum on 1 ride ,it is safe to assume that these people confirm to xbhp rules & safety norms & can be given the stickers

There are a few which are unknown entity & hence before the stickers are given we would like to have a better aquaintance with these people
