MH 04 is awesome..
for MH 04 he is 30%-40% pakka..

dude you can find many MH 04 second hand bikes...
ranging from 100-200 cc in budget of 55k

friend of mine got a pulsar200 for 50k then sold it and got a avenger200 all from thane.

tell your friend to check kopri second hand dealers he might get a good deal

as for stunner i feel its kinda over priced thinking u can get a 200 at price of it!
