How abt the below plan..

Can suggest a place to go, not so far away, its in Kolad and the name of the farm is Sanskruti Farm. Ask the person, there to arrange for a camp (tented camp) next to the lake and he shall arrange for the same, next is to have a barbeque and drinks, aso ask him if he can arrange for a midnight boat ride on the kundalika river, next to the camp....all and all he does this for Rs. 800/ -1000/-(inclusive of lunch, dinner, barbeque, tented accomodation in the hotel/ also can opt for the dormetory (its damn big for 15 people and its neatly arranged).

Kolad is a 150km ride approx from Thane, so i guess you all should be able to reach there by noon.
have your lunch and then rest for a while( there is nothing much to do during the day there, may be you"ll could ride to Mahad (70kms from there) and check the shivaji fort (raigad fort), come back by evening, carry booze on the way....and u"ll can party.

Saturday, Nov 14
8 pm to midnight | Harley-Davidson party at Tote, Mahalaxmi Race Course
Sunday, Nov 15
o 9 – 9.30 am: Founder Owners and H-D officials meet at Kala Ghoda Car Park over breakfast
o 9:30 - 10 am: Gearing up and Ride Out De-brief
o 10 am: Leave Kala Ghoda in convoy followed by camera vehicles, medical & mechanical support and escort towards Bandra Sea Link (to be confirmed)
o 10:45 am – 11 am: En Route Photo Opportunity with Press, Founder Riders and Senior H-D Officials.
o 11 am to 12 p.m – Convoy Ride to Flamboyante, Cuffe Parade (to be confirmed)
o 12 pm to 1.p.m – Riders park bikes, chat with H-D India and H-D USA executives and Founders’ riders over Beers/ chillers and pizzas

Thanx for sharing Razor.. So by what time will they be at Worli sea face? Between 10.45 and 12 noon? I'll be back from Pune by 10am. So can manage to be there at worli sea face to witness those beauties...
