Spidy..Ketan ..That's sad yara..well planned plan failed due to rains.

ya man.. that was sad.. anyways,may b rain god has something better planned for me

motor bhabhi alongwith another bhabhi reached at macd at 1.30 am on sunday & called frm thr..I was as usual having a party with my friends & bcoz of rains couldnt go to meet him..calvin was fast asleep & tried calling him a couple of times
later advised motor to head back home..don't knw actually wht he did though
called gopi & marcus who were having the usual booze on kashid beach
Thn Biru & ramman called on sunday but was too tired to go anywhere
all in all a nice relaxed weekend

I very well know how relaxed your weekend must have been.. at least from what you told me you were gonna do on weekend.. Dunno you did that thing or something else..

@ Inder: its going to be an expensive affair to go in dec that too during the festive time, what is the plan as such?
Who all are expected for the ride... I am also planning to ride to Goa, its been a year since i visited this place, lets see i think i shall ride somewhere in the beginning of Dec, if not then i shall try to join u"ll for the ride, Drinking is fun but its better in GOA
The only problem that i see is that being a christian i would probably be dragged to church by parents

It could be 25(Christmas), 26 ( Saturday),27 (Sunday), and 28(Monday-Muharram)

We are loooking at the cheapest way for staying.

Now major expenditure would be in filling up our tanks (Booze) and filling up bikes tank (petrol)

I believe Dec would be the best time to go...coz Sunburn Goa is near... bigggest trance and DJ party in India inthe same week,
New Year on the corner...

Ride plan(tentative):

24th Eve: Start from pune and cover half the distance stay at some sasta place for the nite.

25th: By morning 10 reach goa.

25th afternoon: explore goa

25th night: party

26th: explore goa

27th: explore goa

28th: ride back

ya i got to know about the sunburn festival. I had been to it once, its cool, Nikhil Chinnapa is the dude who got this started if i am not wrong!!!
Should be a good idea, i think my frineds are going to be there at the fest anyway, so hope its all in place for me to join u"ll

I can't recollect now but some Mumbai/Pune xbhpians rode from Mumbai to Nagpur. I just need info regarding how are the road conditions and how much time did they take?

24th: Start by 10 PM & reach Goa by 8 AM, 25th Dec (night riding is fun, risky though)

25th afternoon: Chill out @ Baga & rest...

25th night: Start partying @ 8 PM till you guys can stand...

26th: explore goa. Night, go to some big BASH like Bacardi or something.

27th: explore goa

28th: ride back

Sunburn is awesome, am dreaming about the fuperb sea-food I had there.

I just rode Mumbai-Pune-Aurangabad-Nagpur.
took dot 14 hours & roads are in very good condition if not excellent.
Mumbai to Aurangabad via pune is a road to ripp on. from Aurangabad take a route via Jalna-Sindkhed Raje-Amravati-Nagpur, also in good condition, its a state highway n very less traffic. You'll save a 100 kms if you go via this route.
Total around 1000 kms. 100 more than Mumbai-Nasik-Nagpur, but faster than that, as it got less ghats n superb roads.
