Preferable a jacket with elbow guards, knee pads and good shoes....also u papers for the bike should be in proper order....

A basic jacket is for about 5000 Rupees, you can chose to skip this and wear a thick denim jacket, however then you will need to invest in elbow guards and knee guards which come around 800 Rs...

Search xBHP and you will find a lot of info here.. search for a thread about Mumbai For the greater good.

And PS that AGV helmet is NOT meant for just sunday rides and all, USE it whenever you RIDE the BIKE!

a helmet and a glove is a must for even basic commute, so get a good pair of riding gloves ur comfortable with...and welcome .

ATTENTION GUYS..

I had a word with Rahul. And he told me his complete plan.

Rahul Will be just riding via Mumbai. So there is NO stop over in Mumbai. He will be straight away riding to Pune.

Now plan is something like this.. MUMBAI Guys Assemble at some convenient place in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. You can communicate with Rahul and meet him up. Its gonna be saturday, so most working guys shouldnt be having a problem. Also it will be afternoon.

You all guys can meet Rahul. People who all want to Join Rahul till Lonavala, are most welcome. They can ride with Rahul.

What I suggested earlier, That Pune guys can travel to Lonavala and after having a Evening Snack Now (Since it will be evening).. We all can ride back to Pune.

Rahul should be reaching Mumbai around 2-3 Pm. And from there he will reach Lonavala by 5 Pm (estimated).

People from Pune should be reaching Lonavala at same time. i.e 5pm.

Darknight - You have a PM. I have sent you the number of Bluevolt and my number too. Request you to coordinate.

For Pune guys.. Anyone of Us can take the responsibility. Lets do this on Friday (Today).

Will keep posting updates whenever I get them.

sometime back we had a massive g2g with pune guys at amby with around 51 bikers present (35+15).
Taking this further would like all of you to again come forward for this cause and gather in numbers at mac D whenever rahul is coming.
Also if you can't make it than pls. handover your share of donation to someone living close to you who will be joining at Macd.
Else donate online.
Ketan can co-ordinate with his side of the guys & ride together with rahul probably from fountain.
