where can i buy motul engine oils nearby chembur???

i have completed 5k kms so should i switch to synthetic or semi-synthetic, also i am going to goa this wednesday so will this switch from mineral to synthetic oil have any adverse effect.

On Friday, while coming to the office from Bhandup to Thane via Eastern Express. I was riding on the extreme right lane as was on 80+. There was a car in front of me, it gave me side. I thought it was for me, but was wrong. Suddenly a huge rock was lying on the road. I didnt had any option than hitting it. Baaaaang..!! I hit the stone, bike jumped, wobbled & finally came back to normal. I was damn scared & was sure am falling. But thank god..!!
Anyways, Later after reaching, I checked my rim. This it is. I got it fixed though. But was scared on the first look.

Thanks man for the concern. Actually have been riding through that highway since last more that two years & its really good road. Just dont know how the heck that bloody rock was lying on the road..!! Bloody Rock Dropper

Btw, you should consider checking the forks too..if any bends, oil seal leakage, front fairing mounts, etc. coz they too take a hit in such cases.

Yes I checked it, but happily even forks are well. No leakage too. Front fairing makes a Bump sound when goes in a pot-hole. Need to get it checked though.
Am really lucky, at the time I didnt realise the impact. But when I saw this bend, I was like woah..!! Saved my bones..!!

i reached mumbai on the 28th of dec.today is the 19th so 21 days over.
Do you think it's unsafe riding around ?
how much is the fine ?
i have a petrol pump receipt from a bunk in chennai dated 27/12 but it doesnt say chennai on it anywhere

Totally agree with rachit....the road on eastern express specially the right most lanes are in perfect shape, have been riding since 3 years on those road....never saw anything like what you mention man..... Thank your stars that nothing major happened.....

dude take care, though the eastern express is good but you will always find surprises its because of the garbage dump truck that go to mulund, you will always find large stone, garbage fallen on the road
