Hey Anup, I understand what you've mentioned but let's not get into name calling and judgmental statements. IMHO, I feel let every one be as they are. I've been on xBhp since a while now and am a self confessed silent member. But I feel we can live in harmony by not forcing things onto anyone. I know you aren't but it's just that the mumbai gang is now so huge that people who made stronger ties with a few others tend to stick together.

Having said that, I must say I'm not in the right position to say what I just said, but my point is (sorry for all the rambling guys) when we are one big group, tabhi bhi good and when we are in smaller groups tabhi bhi good. After all we are all parts of the same body called xBhp. Dare I say, the 'world' even.

coming back to this weekend. I'll be working till 2000hrs which usually extends upto 2130hrs. And I'm based at Juhu. Besides, I'm more of a spontaneous guy. Might go out for just 20kms but I ensure I have fun even if I'm alone.. :P

Though I am a relatively new xbhp member compared to you and other old members, I agree with what you said..

I would have loved to join for the g2g but this weekend isn't possible for me because my granny passed away some days back and there are some rituals to be done on coming sunday(12th day). so won't be able to join.

anup you are partly right & partly wrong..

It's the demographics man...nothing else which governs who's riding/meeting where..

as far as rides are concerned except a few mostly are posted online but g2g is a different matter altogether..

as we are spread far & wide with 10-12 xbhpians in every mumbai "nukkad" they obviously tend to stich together to catch up over weekend.Booze being another unavoidable entity noone wishes to ride an hr. & a half after being pint up...

case in point ,last week's g2g which marcus had called for at panvel.except marcus nobody turned up & it's quite understandable too

Mumbai certainly demands different set of rules & can't be like other cities.

yaa as far as rides are concerned it is the people who have become dull & not anything else..
reason being for past one year there have been so many rides that barring a few now there is no nearby 2 day destination which is yet to be covered.

lotsa things to be discussed & dhaba would be an ideal meet but I am going to vizag tomorrow (by train ) for few days (dost ki bhagake shaadi karwani hai ) & will be back next week.

Am not sure if you are comfortable riding at night or not, I mean if you have any other responsibilities like family n all at that time but if you can then we can surely meet up in the next few days. Probably we can even have a small ride to Palm beach road at night

My cousin brothers Black Avenger got stolen on Tuesday night from his building compound. It was locked, some said the thieves had come in tempo & picked up this bike. Its really sad, hes not eating too from last too days. Have launched complain too in police station.
Am just sharing the bike no. here, so in case if anyone manages to spot it around
