Could anyone here guide me about which route I should use for Thane-Delhi and where in between I can stop-over for a night? Budget hotel suggestions are welcome!
This is the route suggested by Google Maps, but I'm unsure if there are stretches where bikes are not allowed. Can someone please confirm?

Just one section where bikes aren't allowed, Ahmedabad expressway. The roads will have proper signs to show the other NH route.

I'm not aware of any particular budget hotel for this route.
But you could always start looking for a hotel on the highway when you intend to stop riding for the day.
You should easily be able to find a hotel within 1k per night with some bargaining

Is any of you riding from Mumbai to Delhi somewhere in the first half of February? I'm planning a tour to Nainital aboard my humble Gixxer SF and would like to have a biker bud along for the 2-day ride from Mumbai to Delhi. Dates are flexible, please let me know!

Note:

For any ride, whether short or long, we advocate the usage of riding gear. No rider is allowed on weekend rides unless he/she complies with the following..

Documents
a. Valid Driving License: MUST have and carry at all times
b. Bike Registration Papers: Original or Attested Photocopy
c. Bike Tax Certificate: Original or Attested Photocopy
d. Bike Insurance: Preferably a comprehensive insurance, personal insurance would be a plus.
e. PUC Certificate: A valid PUC certificate
f. His\her info in the ICE sheet is updated


Safety Gear
a. Helmet: Has to be in good condition and preferably ISI/DOT certified
b. Thick Jacket/Riding Jacket: Must have inbuilt armour or external armour is also allowed
c. Gloves: Must cover vital points like knuckles and wrist. Cut/half gloves not allowed
d. Knee Guards: Either bionic or regular flex type. Should be worn inside trousers if non bionic.
e. Riding Boots/Sports Shoes/Army Boots: Anything that covers the foot well.

For weekly\fortnightly meets wearing gear is optional. However if you are coming on a bike, helmet, shoes, Denims/Thick trousers are the bare minimum you should comply with.
Coming geared hasn't harmed anyone and so help yourself

Add : the rear tyre is a Michelin, which has run approx 8k & at front new metz installed !
Can that be cause of Weave generated at high speeds

Wheel Balancing in Mumbai

Replaced front tyre of my KTM Duke 390
Experiencing Front wobble now whenever bike speeds above 140kmph

(Stock Profile Metzler, cone set, suspension settings, beading, tyre rotation, all checked)

After searching root cause on numerous forums and svcs , wheel balancing found to be culprit.

Please help list down wheel balancing workshops in and around mumbai
