My reason for attending it would be to get my fear of falling down while taking steep curves out of me !! ..... And also to enjoy the curves fearlessly and safely

Guys, just been to mumbai yesterday. Took, Airoli - Powai - Jogeshwari route. Absolutely no traffic jam.

Hello, I'm back with help for Directions.

Will be heading to Mumbai this week. I've been to Mumbai more than a couple of times, but I'm usually around Bandra - Andheri SV Road side. Marine drive happens a couple of times, but I always end up reaching Colaba or Nariman Point, Cuff Parade and alike after 2 Hours atleast from the Suburbs/SV road side. Traffic plays a major role in the delay but, I somehow do feel I end up taking a longer route or something. Hence the insecurity

I usually go Via Mahim, then Worli, Peddar Road and Reach Marine drive. Is it the right way?
If not, or there are Shortcuts?, Pls do mention with Landmarks, and detail. I have a good Idea about Mumbai and Areas so don't go into much Intricate details as well.

Another Question. How do you reach Phoenix Mill, Lower Parel from the Suburbs as well? Is there a different approach or the Same? Is Tardeo Circle anywhere near ( With respect to time, as in is it reachable in 30 mins or more by Road )

Yes, that's one of the two routes one can use to reach Marine drive while coming from suburbs.
Another route is..

While coming from suburbs, once you reach Mahim church signal(i.e first signal from the Bandra reclamation while riding towards Dadar on L J Road) take left and ride till you come to a T junction. There's be a signal at the T junction. Take right. Then you'll be riding parellel to Mahim railway station on Tulsi Pipe road. Keep riding straigh crossing a number of flyovers untill again you reach a T junction. That'll Mahalaxmi race course T junction. Take left from there. A few meters ahead you'll cross Mahalaxmi station and finally reaching the Tardeo circle. And then you can carry on the usual pedder road route to reach Marine drive.

Again the same route. Take left from Mahim church signal and right from Mahim station T junction. While riding on the Tulsi pipe road, first you'll cross the Dadar flower market flyover. Then there'll be another flyover. Cross that one as well. The very next flyover, and you'll have to ride slow because the point where the flyover ends is Phoenix mills aka Lower parel big bazaar. On the right hand side.

For Tardeo circle follow the route mentioned above.

So, who won!!

i did... all the way to CBD.

was really surprised that i managed to do it on my P180.

it's the first time i've ridden against a ZMA after the mod on my bike.

the R15 fairing definitely helps top-speed.

speedo indicated 133 kmph yesterday.


at CBD... he even asked me if my bike was a P220.
