2'day afternoon An Orthopaedic Surgeon has been consulted... n necessary Operation(s) will be done in few days.... Actually, arnd 2-3 operation(s) need to b done coz his nerves near da ankle are also damaged badly...
So, Da Operation(s) has to be Done in 2-3 steps... !
No Idea..... for how much time he'll b out of Biking_scene..




a kind request to all XBHP'ians--- Plz Pray 4 his Speedy Recovery !

I simply dont know what to tell after all this.Were we ill fated that day????? Man,I am so amply shocked.Each incident in our lives is a lesson for all of us........we should be more alert about traffic around us on such rides,no need in being reckless.No one can stop a daft driver overtaking from the left without horns.......had it been a SUV or a truck in Abir's place-the Amby wud have had reduced to scraps.Only bcoz its a bike,the four wheeler rode on,under this kind of behaviour expected we cannot afford to be rash.

I am deeply shocked by Abir's accident from that day on........I always wish his quick,steady and complete recovery,wud be very happy to welcome him back to biking once again.

@niel when will the operations be done, i mean in how many days (all 3) ? was thinkin of visiting him when the the operation is done.

Guys lets meet once again!!! not for G2G but lets meet and go to hospital where abir is admitted.I think we should meet him after his operation is over............................shit man this whole scenario reminds me my bad days when I was in the hospital bed.............those were the baddest days of my life...........that is why I became so quite on the spot.I feel very sorry for abir...but it is simply bad luck............from the core of my heart I wish abir speedy recovery.

No man I was speaking!!!!! but I admit that I am quite type of person but you have seen that I speak lots in the forum........he..........he.......hebut yes I was really got upset by seeing abir ,the pain he was going through at that time I remember my bad time when I met the bike accident...............my face was totally broken and at present also there is 5 titanium plate fitted inside my face

xBhp Mandarmoni RYDE

Date : 28th March '10

Time : 5am - 5:30am (Sharp)

Place: Park Street KFC

Venue: We Ryde to mandarmoni under 400kms approx both ways, crusing @100kmph max.
We meet at 5am & move Out by 5:30am ride to bombay road shere-punjab makin it our 1st stop where we will have breakfast n move off directly to mandarmoni, will stay there for around 3hrs hangin out n do some pet puja n start off from there 1pm comin back with a crusin speed of 90kmph stop @shere panjab relax there for 45min n back on our way home.

Abir's Operation has started.... i retrnd frm da Hospital just now....!
it'll take arnd 4-5 hrs.. then da Doctor's wont allow ny1 to meet him 2day..
Plates or Sum kind of Rod's are being placed in da ankle area...
Lets see wat happns....?!?!? God bless Him...!

For this job we need a Highway Experience Rider....no offence but for the safety reason.

Hope Abir heals quickly. it was a very unfortunate accident.

But guys I have an advice for you all. Make some rules, and no matter what, follow them.
I saw alot of guys riding helter skelter, also once I saw someone on a hero honda ? bang into the yellow karizma guy, while overtaking a truck from left side, as he did not bother to see whats on his left.(nothing happened fortunately)
The 18 or so bikes were scattered for more than 2 kms apart, some were riding properly, others wanted to fly out in the front....
In group riding, it is very important to make rules, and follow them. If someone is not following, warn them and educate them maybe....

I was there seconds after the ill fated accident.... and had seen another biker squashed dead on the highway the same day. It was so sad....
here in India, specially in Kolkata, you have to keep 200% margin... 100 for you and 100 for others as most people have no sense of traffic...

Ride safe, keep yourself and everyone safe......
wish I could ride to mandarmoni, but the road off NH is so pathetic that I would rather charter a helicopter rather than ride there....

hmm.. I was da "yellow Zma" guy...
it was not Hero Honda... it was da "Suzuki Zeus"...
nyways..... it was not his intentional fault.. he actually cud'nt notice me on da left side..
whtevr...... i controlled it..! bt.. it was jus a hairline seperation when da 'Suzuki Zeus' sudnly moved on to da left...
