onwheels just inform me that sunny bhai (ceo of xbhp) has send passes of rockathon

sooooo i was thinking........lets meet again but this time lets change the meeting point , let the G2G be like this ----:---->

this Saturday i.e.,29/05/10( as Sunday is vote) at 6.30-7.00am lets meet at dwaknishwar and lets ride together towards NH2 and ride till palsit- hindusthan dhaba & lets have breakfast & believe me guys the aloo'r paratha & aloor dom is awesome moreover we will be able to meet burdwan & shantiniketan xbhpians (doc dada aka drvmtm, goldy bhai ,ritocbz & shyantan aka ieighty ) as it will easier for them to come & meet
soo..... what you guys thing about this infact many new xbhpians wanted to ride but due to some reason they were unable join so guys time has come again lets meet & ride :- mandeep, satyajit, nighthawk_lee what you guys think about this plan

from dwaknishwar to hotel hindusthan dhaba is around 150kms according to google map and time it will take around 1.30hrs - 2.00hrs & wee will cruise at speed of 70-80kmph

This is very bad. Early morning & North Kolkata.

Saturday I have office. My bike is in run in period.
Cannot ride above 60kmph or 4000RPM.

Completed 250 kms yesterday. Went to Baguihati thru Rajarhat.
Ride wise this bike is excellent but handling in traffic is a pain for ZMR.
This is mostly for highways @ 70kmph for optimum mileage and comfort.
Maintaining the WHITE steed is something

Gear shift is little hard now. Hope it will smoothen out after First Service.
Headlamp is not upto the mark in blind darkness and highways.

Meanwhile have changed the rear Tubeless ZAPPER-Y to Tube ZAPPER-Q on Saturday.
Need a VALVE to make it tubeless.
Any idea where to get it?

My office is near INDO-RADIAL Topsia. Contacted them. They do not handle TWO wheelers.

believe me buddy early morning , it may sound bad but when you hit the NH2 its like riding in heaven, totally plain road with no turns or portholes & moreover very less traffic and even lorry gives you side if you honk horn from back in fact me & mach once got frustrated & started planing to buy a superbike while sitting in hindusthan dhaba but soon we realize that can be possible in dream
& if speed is your concern then don't worry we will ride at around 50-60kmph as it will take a more time and we can enjoy the ride more and don't worry we will be going in a chain wise formation & will give hand signals to every move we do moreover to enjoy the green side view of the road & for pics we will halt in the middle of the journey thus not giving much pressure on your bike

i guess the valves are same for the same rim...i am sorry if i am wrong
infact you could have asked for a valve when you changed the tyre

@Sunny Konkal: Please take a quick decision regarding the G2G venue and please mention this in the Rockathon thread.

For outstation xBhpians, if you all fails to come down for a G2G, don't worry, I'll manage to send the Passes by courier. But please try to join the G2G.

I wont think it will be wise for myself to hike on another NH ride just the next week.I wont be there on Saturday morning,may return late in afternoon,has got work.You people can go forward to the ride.I will arrange to collect mine own passes from Bappa(onwheels) from his workplace in Saltlake.

Or a better option would be,if we all meet at Saturday evening near DLF bus stand as indicated by metalheadAJ before.
I call it a better option bcoz its a city ride and Mandeep,Satyajit can join after office gets over.........most office gets over by 2.30 in afternoon on a Saturday.While Guitarfreak and Nighthawk lee would be delightfully doing a city ride.

@onwheels- if the second option is selected then please we have to courier the passes to Rito,Sayantan,drvmtm and Snig.
