@all--it has been long since a meet took place, there were many G2G's happening in '05 and i had the opportunity to attend a few

Its really good to feel that bikers in Kolkata are finally gearing up.Just like the city itself the Bikers here are also myriad in their attitude towards biking and has enriched feeliings about the way of biking.A strong group of Xbhp Kolkata bikers may soon emerge as tourers of untravelled terrain.The Initiation was very positive..............

Here are some pics





The range includes all sorts of bikes begining from 125ccs to 225ccs.......with technologies like Irridium sparkers,KN air filters,PAIR,Exhaustec dual throttle,Liquid cooled,Fuel injected,Oversquare Engined,big displacements incorporated.A myriad of bikers and their bikes made the whole G2G memorable.Our second success wud come when we wud go touring together for the first time.........This is just the beginning the Kolkata Xbhpians are promising to take up the Bikers mantle slowly and steadily

anyways here is my tentative plans please put in your views. suggestions are welcome.

xBhp DIGHA RYDE

Date : 28th March '10

Time : 5:30am

Place: Donbosco Parkcircus

Venue: We Ryde to digha around 400kms approx both ways, crusing @90kmph max.
We Move Out by 6am ride to bombay road shere-punjab makin it our 1st stop where we will have breakfast n move off directly to digha, will stay there in digha for around 3hrs hangin out n do some pet puja n start off from there 12:00pm comin back with a crusin speed of 90kmph stop @shere panjab relax there for 30min n back on our way home.

Dude, Gr8 plan!! as for a G2G, in the 5th mar G2G, we guys were thinking of having a BIG G2G in May. coz then olmost all Kol XBHPians will be free from exams n college. wat say?? we'll co-ordinate with everyone n fix up a date. suggestions welcome

Bikemanic's proposal looks good also its only within a single day ,but most of us,either being in service or business or studies wud be hardly able to avail anytime b4 May.Students are into exams,Businesses ending their fiscals along wid Corporates busy too.Most of us wud say Yes to a May journey just like ritocbz above.So lets get to know each other and attend some city G2G and lets ride very small trips together for fewer hours.Then we can embark on longer rides, the group wud be at its best with every1 available...................

btw Bikemanic cruise @90kmph.....is it possible in WB!!!! I have my apprehensions about trucks and buses which may not let us be and our avg cruise speed wud be ideal at 70-80 kmph--that was the avg. speed of Rahul cruising the whole India on his Ninja 250R.That would be the most safest and harmony inspiring speed and enjoyable at the same time.We do not have autobahns in here and we either run out of road into traffic or a cow and some jaywalker does his antics by crossing the road and destroying the feel good factor of the journey.

My Sem' exams r starting frm 20th March.... so cant go 4 any Highway Rides ... till 2nd week of April..
If there is any g2g's within da city.... i can surely attend it...!!

well it's not about who keeps the meets wat matters is that we ryde together, there is no need to do a power struggle. no offence meant

any one orginizes a meet will give his number and people will contact the respective orginizer
