Hello Kolkata xBhpians, I think, there should be one 'Point-of-Contact' xbhpian from kolkata for coordinating future G2Gs. The person would be responsible for any event conducted in kolkata and he must have all the contact details of all kolkata xbhpians.If 'Yes' then I seek nomination from all of you.

Man i am also getting tired of following daily routine,same work at office and in home mom asking about studies.............
Yes man!!!!!!!!!!!we need to go to highway ride may be for a day at least kuch to shanti milega daily bhasar se.

I agree totally with Bikemanic...............why the hell wud there be concepts of power struggles when there is relatively nothing to gain from it except friendship,compassion,help and discovering the untroden paths ????? Now what On-wheels Bappa suggested was an organised way of interaction.He suggested sum1 who wud contact all Xbhpians in Kolkata and responsibly allocate a G2G.A organised thing makes things simpler.So I suggest creating a list of all of us lonely Xbhpians and bikers who lives in Kolkata and join up together for rides long and short.For now we need to compile all our numbers and we shud all responsible for the G2Gs.

Just like this way.
1.Bikemanic suggests a ride.
2.I get the details from him
3.I inform either Bappa or Sunny
4.Both Bappa and Sunny,by their own ways,contacts Sayan,Neil,Rito and so on...
5.The info gets spread and we all put up together.
The above format goes for all riders,anyone can suggest a ride and it spreads to all and then we go about it.

Its impossible for a single one to maintain so many contacts and be responsible for them,I believe in distribution and communication.Gradually each member gets to know all co-members contacts and can fix up any doubt and questions.

For this format to come to effect and be finalised,we need to meet again at some city spot and this time pile up contact info and daily work schedules of each member.By this we will have a vague idea of the time schedules before planning tours.Then we can pop up a suggestion, and go riding.But a first tour is important-I want to go on the Digha ride with Bikemanic.I suggest others to join,its only a single day ride.I know Bappa,Sunny wud have no objections.I and my bro wud come along,that makes us 5 bikers.........good for a initiation ride,but we must go,I insist.Others can join at their will,its only a days ride men

thanks for accepting this concept since i was incharge of offline meets in the past and have orginized more than 25meets but since i have not been riding bikes for 3yrs now so nobody took an initiative. anyways let the past be behind us and start fresh.
1stly is it tuff for one person to contact everyone ? NO
it's hard preventing others to hold their horses.see that people who come for the 1st time are either from xBhp or from ur personal contact (NO FRIENDS OF FRIENDS)

1st rule believe in quality not quantity
2nd rule keep a max speed limit
3rd rule no formation riding on busy highways
4th rule 2 people would lead and 2 at the end of the pack
5th rule people who have not done formation riding should be guided (v.imp)
6th rule ride time should be sunday morning because people who are serious about biking will come at any given time and others who are not wont.
7th Full Helmet and shoes (no half face helmets and sandals)

finally most importantly 8th Rule dont bang into each other

Ps: as for the digha ride i will have atleast 5 confirmations once u guys approve, please make decisions by 15th.

Its not a power struggle @bikemanic Sir. We need someone who has the enthusiasm and can devote his time to take the pain of informing all of us regarding any upcoming event. Because, due to some official tours or personal business or study, many of us are often unable to open the web, but remain rechable by phone (often happens in my case), can be informed. Another point is that, we all may have different plans and we need someone who can syncronise them and make one good G2G. So, that was my plan.We also have to contact old Kolkata xBhpians and inform them for the next G2G. Guys, make Kolkata xBhp a rocking team.
