All my fellow bikers,I am now really fired up to go on long rides with you all......especially the musketeers hahahahaha

@satyajit RC.........thank you.........we are new owners with Run-in chains binding us
Pratham thekei ASUDDHA kara hochhe??? RPM puro REDLINed.
There seems to be a key hole fitted rear cowls. Nice thought from SUZUKI.

The BIKE rocks. In fact the GREEN colour I saw the other day simply bowled me out.
I repeat, I congo you for your choice. Highly tech driven.

LOL . Henceforth you will not leave me alone.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

        • @satyajit RC.........sure the bike has started to become the ride of Mach50 hahaha aka asuddha by your terms.

          Now see this :

The Dark Knight........hahahahaha,it just needs a really dark night now !!!!!
Moreover,my bike is not green, its some kind of magentic blue dual black color.

          @sheelpriye-thank you for your congos

@Rito.....I may not be putting any modifications to it,I will keep it stock, would try an Irridium if available for my ride.KN or bigger jets would upset its Ecu controlled Modes which changes engine mapping through air-fuel mix.

Bappa,Sunny and Myself are quickly deciding what kind of ride/trip would be fitting in the monsoon, would inform you all soon

          • so,the batman fixation is complete,good.
does this have a full dc electricals with 55/60 halo?

also a less known fact ,the bike attains its top speed in 5 th gear not in 6th.but its really very smooth and sedating in highway, can do 80-90 all day.

macho, one request from my side, please dont put absard comparing like its a gsx or b king or somthing like that,i know and agree that this is a very very nice bike, also very potent among its class but bigger suzukis, common ,its bit too much in my humble opinion ,dont take it personally.

The the lineage......doc da,the lineage.....the engineering, its all of the same quality.....only the engine is smaller, a normal 150cc.But for that matter there are so many 150ccs,what makes it so potent then ??? I dont speak absurd Doc dada, had been riding since class 7 learnt it on a Shogun.....from 2t to 4t,I can understand them.

Yamaha's R15 is based totally on R1..........its not half as torquey or Peaky as the real R1,R15 is forgiving to negligent riders and newbies,R1 is not,it will throw any clumsy rider out of its saddle.....wont tolerate a minute.

Yamaha's FZs are based on FZ1.......now much of that hooliganism does it have ??? of FZ1?? FZ1 is one of the baddest muscles that can happen.

Anyone riding a Honda Unicorn.....will obviously tell its a very very sweet and clinical bike. The same reaction would come from a person riding a CB1000R or a Fireblade.

We cannot expect a 150cc to belt out power in range of 600,750 or 1000ccs,But the way it puts down the power ,(whatever power it makes),is what makes them similar in ride appeal.Hope you understand I am not comparing......I am just telling the fact that the bike lives upto the name of the manufacturer and engineering that has gone into it.

I dont take you personally,I miss your company very much......but I feel you dint understand me at some point. So I made this attempt to clear the air, hope it helps

              As per the lights go..........
Hehehehe you made an overestimation......it runs only a 35W normal halogen...white one,now the reflector is the one which does the enhanced lighting, thats why I told, techno comes from somethings bigger and some trusted and loved lineage

Its probably an AC....lights tend to flicker on rpm varying...dont know this part well

About the Top speed part...........I cant tell my opinion now, maybe I would be able to if I live after the bike completes 1200kms Run-in.However top speeds of 118kmph is the best reported and tested top speed so far in the motorcycle ownership thread of GSR150.The bike picks some 5-6kmph in 6th gear after acheiving most of the Top speed in the 5th gear.GSR150 forum also has reports of full crouch and revving across redline speed of 130kmph over a stretch of 5 km long road and its not recommended.....thats all I know.

So kindly adjust and be patient brother.........we are really hitting the roads soon........atleast the three musketeers as called by Sunny Konkal would always be there

                      • @ Mach50

Very nice pic of your new bike. Suzuki GSR 150 definitely a good bike as the brand also defines everything. The most thing I like in that bike is 1> Gear indicator and 2> 6 speed gear (which is more require for you like speedy driver, engine will get a lil relief) and nice looking digi console. Also the overall look is very impressive. But still the bike is missing sporty foot peg position and sporty rear brake lever and gear shifter.

And sorry man.. very much work pressure on me these days… I always try to join you guys.. Last time missed you all a lot.. I was prepared but caught cold and fever. My bad.
Speed is a joy but roads are not race track. Keep speed in your limit and always Drive safe...

                          • @ Mach- agreed its made by Suzuki, the same company that makes the mighty Busa, but no, it does not utilize the same or even similar tech.

This also means the R15 is nowhere near the R1, but it apes a superbike really well, and has copied some tech off it as well.

Also the big bro's called GSX-R. Your's is GSR. It lacks the X factor... hehe..
                            You get the point?? :D

But its not a Heat or Slingshot either........they are also made by the same company
No man,I dint meant GSXR specifically.......its the GSR lineage, muscle and street lineage of Bkings.Believe me 1300cc and 600cc needs the tech which you respect.A 150 with similar tech would be an overkill and impractical for the Indian Mart. Its the quality and the tech thats specific for this 150cc,that makes the feel of riding it no different.
(maybe this may sound a bit optimistic, but I have ridden pretty so many bikes,R15 and all infront of you only......but GSR feels different, way different from any carbed 150ccs incase of engine....it actually snarls and moves like a ZMA in its power mode and humbles like an Acheiver in economic mode, you really need to ride it and feel it .No wonder why its still the 'Bike of the Year 2010 upto 160cc' in the crowd of P150new,Unicorn,RTR160,FZ16 and Hunk ).
