In a group ride, that is very important.

Some pictures from today's G2G to Dhamakhali. Overall this was the biggest G2G in a long time with members from the 'Naked Wolves' joining us. The long procession of bikes was the center of curiosity throughout the route. Hoping for a bigger G2G next time.

Ride to Dhamakhali
8th March,2015

xBhp Kolkata and Naked Wolves





This was the Biggest G2G we had till date and our first collaboration with Naked Wolves.
The gathering venue was our usual DLF,New Town
This time I was the first to arrive



The Proof


Riders started arriving by 6:30 a.m and till 7:15 a.m,from there we had the full strength of xBhpians as well as Naked Wolves riders.











At around 8 a.m after a quick Fuel/Air stop,we left for Dhamakhali.
Leading us was Arkaprava Bhar from Naked Wolves and Tailing was done by Mark (MarkNS).

There were many new riders joining us this time

The road to Dhamakhali was (there is no other way to put this)...AWFUL !!

We made a quick stop for breakfast and moved on...



Then,we had our first setback (a minor one..)



Dhaval's Karizma ZMR stalled due to a missing shifter screw,he wasn't able to shift gears

and then came our Handyman Shabby






Special credits to Achyut and his Enfield for donating a screw for the ZMR :P and Rahul (Rahul.g) for the tool kit.


Everything got fixed,We took rather many breaks,it was hot and the sun was at its limit.
Carrying on with our will and spirit we reached out destination fine and well.

The return was met with another incident,
One of our Co-rider and a member of Naked Wolves met with an accident.
Foremost and fortunately,The rider was on his legs and perfectly fine,
the motorcycle suffered though and was not ride-able..

After overcoming ourselves we moved and and were at the gathering venue by 2:30,
Some members parted with a goodbye and some decided to have refreshments before leaving.



This trip was indeed a special one,
As it was our first collaborative ride and Kudos to Mark (MarkNS) and Arkaprava Bhar of Naked Wolves for making it successful,And ofcourse ,a special mention to every rider who was a part of this trip...You guys made it special and successful :Thumbsup:

I think we need a professional photographer with a Dslr now. That would make things even prettier.

Hi, I'm a member of B'lore chapter. Just a small question for you all...as you all know that the core team is on the #Thankyou ride and the Kolkata G2G is planned on 24th Mar. Can anyone please let me know where you all are planning to meet so that I can come over and join for the same and meet the core team?

Hi Arnab,
the core team is scheduled to meet up at 7 am near CCD of NH2 on 24 march, afaik. you can come down there directly or ride alongside the group for which they will plan up im sure.
I am not into group rides as I have issues keeping up with coordination and will be riding alone.
