I'm pretty much in but my only issue is that my bike is in a pathetic condition without it's fairings. By the way, I ride a CBR 250R. If you come across a naked (read that broken) red CBR 250R, that's me riding

That flyover must now carry a board "accident prone zone; Strict Lane driving" It has witnessed many accidents. You wrote 1 AM? or was it 1 PM? Just a doubt.
There is nothing bad in testing your riding skills, but testing them beyond your control is dangerous...
BTW, do you know that races are organised at weekend nights specially, on the same bridge? On a Saturday night, around 11:30PM, saw a group of P220 racing turn by turn, 2 at a time...everytime the signal before the bridge turned red, they started 'cause there was no coming traffic and the bridge ahead would be empty-- I think this kinda racing is okay and safe but racing in traffic = A big NO NO.. only cheap riders(kids) do that... Many try to motivate me for a race in traffic, but I let them go ahead "Go, kid..I left this thing months ago"

i doubt that police will make a ban for two wheelers on ajc soon..... And yes races ar organised there at night.... And its 1 am.... Raat 1 ta..... And jst becoz of the accident some othr bikers got beaten by the police.... I was lucky enough to escape them.....

Even N650R stock wont be capable to do that much.. its top speed is around 225kmph..

Sometimes I take care of them too.........on that road
Its becoz, they seldom get the chance to get above 130 kmph on that road

If it is white in color then it is the most commonly used supercar used on Kolkata roads, someone uses it to commute.
Also, there is Lamborghini,Porsches,Merc SLK and BMW Z4 in our city too.

I have seen a RED HORSE as well.. not in real, in youtube..

And about Big bikes.......absolutely nothing,not even big cars beat their presence.
In real they feel as if some truck's engine has been placed on two humungous tyres

this is because in two wheels the rider is freely visible which is not the same with cages in which you are locked inside..

Yeah, 'cause luxo cars are not so loud as those superbikes.. Even a well modded Lancer gets away all the attention with its super-loud full with bass exhaust note.

IMO the exhaust note of sports cars are equally sweet as SBK's.. I am saying this after hearing the exhaust sound of the same old white R8..

I let those poor souls pass By the way, you should see the flickability of my bike now, without the fairing. Looks very pathetic though

There's this house in DL block. Whoever the lucky soul is, has an R8, an RS5, a Q7 and I also get to see a white Jag XF at times. Looks like I've reached heaven everytime I pass by this house

Is it DL or CL block.. one of my friend has seen a brown R8 in front of a house in CL block which also have an RS5, Q7, Merc E class,...etc... and that richie rich uncle took him for a short ride around CK ground in his big brown R..

It acts quite funny at speeds in excess of 110-115. Doesn't seem like I'm riding a CBR.

Is it DL or CL block.. one of my friend has seen a brown R8 in front of a house in CL block which also have an RS5, Q7, Merc E class,...etc... and that richie rich uncle took him for a short ride around CK ground in his big brown R..

I'm not too sure of the block da, but it's the same house I'm talking about. Blue RS5 right?
Anyway, how did your friend manage a ride?

I guess I need to do that. Only issue is the insurance guys have a cashless thing with Shiva wheels. I also had a talk with a guy who's supposedly a Honda engineer but even he didn't seem too convincing.

haww.. very poor CBR, I've heard so many issues with it that I've started kinda disliking that bike.

This issue is there because, my friend, an Indica came at about 55-60 km/hr and crashed onto my parked bike. It has no fairing now (which it was supposed to be with) and a bent radiator.

And otherwise I personally ne'er had an issue with this bike. And even after this accident, without it being repaired, I have done another 1200 odd kms.

Why hasn't it yet been repaired, you ask? Ahh, blame it on the prompt parts despatch timing of Honda!! Been more than a month and I'm still waiting for the spares to arrive!!

Now thats the reason why I dislike it, 'cause when you're purchasing a premium bike you should be well treated by the after-sales service and parts availability.
And what what what!!!!?? Who was the driver of that Indica?? No brakes, no hand-brakes...???!!! Hitting a parked vehicle and that too at a speed of 50+ kph means a lot.....!!!
