SatyajitRC, Raneet, Pranjal, Sunny Konkal, Sayan.................no one in mood ???
Come-on we are going to meet some new people...........!!!!

Last week a G2G was arranged by Raneet but called off due to I don't know what.
A week before that Sunny proposed a G2G and it also died out.

Come on let us all join in !!!!!!

Also, Srikanth,Ayaz and Chris..........if time permits please join.

I am planning to go to Bandel tomorrow.. may i know which route will be good to take.. SH1 or Kalyani expressway?? i am confused which one to take.. Does anyone know the current road conditions of GT, SH1 and Kalyani expressway??

When I travel alone and go to Hooghly Chinsurah or Bandel, I always use the GT road.

It is a nice suburban road which winds by the river Ganges among nostalgic locales.
Some part of it would be scenic with greenery and tree lining both sides of road.

The GT road at times would be congested, but not monotonous.
Few characteristic Indian bad road patch here and there. That's all.

sorry guys i'm having prior engagements much before this get together was decide. and sunny has some exams. Last sunday it was called off because of less attendance estimates. Sorry guys, will meet up in the next one.

The look of this bike is awesome !!!!
Judging by its bent pipe............it seems the sound would be awesome too.

This bike was expected to look like a Triumph Rocket 3 after the mods........and it do get close but still, an Enfield 350 is small in comparison to the Rocket 3 despite its presence.But a well put together design after all.

Rudra, why don't you bring this bike and its owner to our next G2G ??? It would be nice to see some different kind of bikes at our G2Gs.

Bro this machine's modifications are still going on. and the Paint job is also not done.... so we'll have to w8 now..... and the papers are also not ready yet.....

and about the sound, the exhost is still undecided.... so lets c how it comes out.......

get hold of a tuned FFE or keep the exhaust stock if you don't wanna spoil the engine. and aar ki modds hochche bhai?

Bro What is FFE ???? and the stock exhaust is not in a good condition so have 2 change it.....

FFE means Free Flow Exhaust..........such an exhaust is not restricted or is lowly restricted by cat-con or absorbent mesh.

finally took out time and washed and polished my bike...






went out for a round, was cruising around, suddenly a guy started racing with me. And co-incidentally I didn't ride my bike fast with hard maneuvers after I got my bike back from PBK, so I took up the opportunity and F**KED him real bad.

Was a orange 220, poor guy, thought since both were 220, he could beat me...
forgot that the master has to be equally skilled.
not saying I'm the master of all, but he was nowhere close to whatever skills i have...
but yes, he tried real hard.






Yes, I removed the 220F sticker from both the sides. Also got my exhaust heat shield re-painted for free. but alas couldn't take a shot yet, will upload that also soon...

Cllandestine trip

My boring Sunday today turned into one of those most exciting Sunday in my riding life.

It all began with when Bappaditya aka On_wheels suddenly gave me a call when I was about to go to an afternoon nap.
he had a plan in mind.............and that was to surprise our beloved Drvmtm and his pal Snigdhanshu with a sudden evening visit to Burdwan.

And both us just got up, checked out our gears and rode off.

On our way to Burdwan.........we had a mind blowing rendezvous with the two Hayabusas and a R1.

The black Hayabusa of Mr.Dibakar and white Hayabusa of Mr.Ved and an unknown person who was riding a new R1 was in our company for a short term.
We enjoyed them racing among each other but the R1 riding biker seemed new to bikes.
I gave them a follow when they pulled away with my crazy GS150R, (that left Bappa bewildered ) and Mr.Dibakar zoomed off, with Ved trailing him.But the black R1 seemed new to biking and rode with me for sometime.I helped the rider with some overtake leads,before he finally turned towards Kolkata.It was nice riding with him.

Then Bappa caught up and we stopped at Gudaap Dhaba(Hotel Hindustan) in hope to join the 2 Busas with some tea, but they were nowhere to be seen.Methinks they rode away towards Shantiniketan.

So, on we went to our destination and finally spent a fun evening in Burdwan in the company of Doc and Goldie.

And while returning both us carried out an invasion on the highway, riding like as if we were high on adrenaline and lighting up the Highways like daylight......the Xenon lamp on my bike had made a day out of night and with Bappa following, we were moving like a highly strung four wheeler together.

It was so exciting to ride that even words cannot define...........we played with trucks and cars, neither speed nor light limited us.We ruled the highway at night.
We literally enjoyed.

Here to the only two pictures,the ride was so sudden that I did not get my camera.But Bappaditya has a lot of pictures on his mobile phone camera

@Raneet: its nice to find that you got bike to clean with no more of muddy monsoon playing soil.I too cleaned my ride yesterday after a month of mud and grit endurance of monsoons.(btw, who was wearing the other helmet??? !!!! )
