@ kishoremuthu....awesum snaps bro...and your ride too..
@raneet..ya..it sure looks great... am really depressed that i couldn't join..
@haxor...i agree with raneet a vid will be appreciated...
yup..i also agree with you..and the saddest part was kolkata has even lost the humanity to help a boy lying mutilated on the road..the reason he died..and yes people seem to have thrown caution o the wind..road rules are completely ignored..accidents are rocketing up..and the image of the biker's are truly tarnished by these type of incidents..Originally posted by pranjal chakraborty View Posthi guys
i am updating on the forum after a long time its not that i am not following the forum i read every post everyday..
i am not too happy with the biking scenario in kolkata
the no of accident has gone up a lot
few days back my best friend met a bike accident on digha contai road and we had to return from an unfinished trip from mandarmani.
then yesterday two school boys died while racing in ajc bose flyover..
after such incidences i am really loosing confidence and also becoming really sad
bikers are getting a bad name in the city they are termed as irresponsible holigans. i am not too happy with the image as i am a proud biker as all of us..
as xbhpian i believe in safe riding cant we do something to change the outlook of the people in our city may be a peace rally may be educating the youth about safe biking through pamplets etc.. y restrict our culture only within the forum lets spread it guys...
and i was also going to suggest we do something again to promote safe riding, use of riding gears and helmets and reeducate them in the rules of the road so i am with you..lets do something...

thank u very much...
regarding the awareness, the main issue is not many will take seriously that we are trying to educate them in safe riding...
they will think that we are trying to advertise for some brands like helmets....
Everybody dies.. But, not everybody really live!!

yup...it may also turn out like that...but the way that people treat all the young bikers as hooligans due to the actions of a few of them has become quite irritating...except my dad everyone i have met seems to be against motorcycling...Originally posted by kishoremuthu View Postregarding the awareness, the main issue is not many will take seriously that we are trying to educate them in safe riding...

and thumbs up to you for completing that ride with a bad health...and cheers to mach50 for encouraging you on..Last edited by ayantherider; 08-18-2011, 09:19 PM.

This X-Bhp is a very interesting place.
At times when you are logged in
there are not much updates.
Other times when you are not

Another flip side is FB that actually entertains you and updates you.

Where are you guys?
saw a Hayabusa and 2 R1's on NH2, Kolkata-Delhi highway near Kolkata. One R1 was stock and the other was customised with dual Akrapovic exhausts. We all started at a signal, I rushed to 135kph but they were still disappearing...and GONE! wow
Are you here???
