    Well, if you've decided to come, fill in the form - the links are available all over (including my signature below)
    There'll be a G2G sometimes during first week of June & things will be decided during that time; keep watching for updates meanwhile. Let me know if this helps.

                              @RanjithMN: We will add a buffer of 5-10 people (who are currently tentative) to the final number. There are quite a few people who are still tentative.

                              The hotel guys are already behind me asking me to confirm the food choices and no of non-veg and veg. The idea is to get the food and accommodation cost worked out.
