kindly ride owners put up complete plan in the thread ...
when to give money for , T-shirt, food , accommodation, misc charges ....
otherwise we may mess up like we did in xbhp track day event, lot of confusion about who need to pay and who already payed .. i remember jhon and other guys ended up paying from there own pocket the extra bucksComment
