I haven't got the point completely, so I take it that, if people drop out at last moment, the cost per head is going to increase. I request all the city rep to take backup of all the important info. In case of xbhp website is down, we can still communicate and let the ride go smooth.
I have experienced last couple of days, sometimes xbhp doesn't load.
I have taken all neccessary backup for the Bangalore part.Comment

Note: The cost will be a little less for the Coimbatore team as they will not have Day 1 breakfast included. A bit more for the Kerala teams (Day 2 dinner). These will be taken care by the respective city reps and CFOs.

Banners seem unpractical for us.
If u really want something... possibly some flags, especially for riders with Pillions.
If no flags... tie the Tshirts on a pole.
