Can someone help me with the route and the best time to visit..?

@ ananth- me , sai and yuvi has been to singee fort on 15th aug and we took the tambaram route as the road is very good till tindivanam and from there u have to take right to senji kottai, tindivanam to senji kottai road is narrow but beautiful, and in return we went to pondy and came back via ecr.
