I will leave by 4 - 4.30 PM tomorrow. And I think u can reach Wayanad by Friday afternoon from Bangalore, if u start on Friday morning by 6 AM. People who have done the route should be able to clarify better. Anyways, take ur pick man. Check this: Bangalore to Wayanad by road

Bangalore - Mysore - Gundulpet - Munthanga - Sulthan Battery ( Wayanad) is what I took and I would suggest this. The roads are beautiful throughout the way except for some bad stretches. You could also drive slowly through Bandipur if you make it there early morning, chances of seeing more wildlife.
