I met and had a chat with the GIR people yesterday at their hotel. They are leaving on Sunday to Madurai. Saturday is the passion hunt. So I do not think there will be an ECR ride happening. Their plan is to reach Kanyakumari and then leave for Bangalore. So if u wanna meet them be present for the Passion Hunt. Its at a school ground in Royapettah(I dont remember the name).

From Pondy they can head to NH45A>NH45>NH68>NH7>Kanyakumari

I bought 3 cans of the PETRONAS Sprinta oil and sold them all off to Badri and Sai. People using a 20W40 grade oil and looking to go synthetic can get this. Total value for money and its too good going by the reviews. Am ordering 2 cans and if any one else wants them we can ask KP for more. This oil is especially good for R15's, RTR's.

The route that I mentioned does go through Madurai!

Not sure about the road surface towards the Nagapattinam side so suggested moving over the NH's post Pondy!

Ok got it now. So ur route joins the NH45 from Pondy. Nagai etc on NH45A. So yeah, I can visualise it now.

So what happened there? Did the overly muscled 240cc ZMA outrun the extremely dynamic R15?

@sajiv: Man thats the wrong place to be off-roading , hope you are ok? Which corner did this happen? Do you remember what you did wrong?

^^When Varun was riding Sajiv's R15, he was ahead all the time.At the track I did not knew that the Zma was 240cc, that's why I wasn't able to overtake it on the straights..
