He is quite right. in India, there's very much less exposure to this sport and although there may be emerging talents but no recognition or sponsor for them. Meanwhile, the Mass-Media spends crores of rupees on our beloved cricketers & IPL who make more money on Ads than on the field... sad

Crap...looks like Thor's clutch is a lot more beat up than I thought. Rode it to vadanemmeli this morning and there were all sorts of noises coming from the clutch. I suspect I might need a new clutch bell, bearing, plates and springs as well!!

So Thor is out of the equation. I'll either get the RD350 or the TZR250 for the ride. Need to fettle both the bikes on Friday!

I propose October 2nd 2011 as a start off date for the Chennai D I Y meet.

May not cover all, but we could atleast start with one / two stuff. And lets hope its not a chit chat meet and every one comes in with enthusiasm to learn.

Place : Some thing similar to Tiger Caves parking Lot.
(Or) Visit any deserted beach road, after the Toll plaza in ECR and we get to have our own space.

So, Guys its upto you to respond if the dates are OK or not.

As far as I know/heard .. Aditya was the first and secondly SM plastics buddy have got their N650 delivered.

Ravi got the 1st Ninja 650 in Chennai Followed by Aditya. 3rd & 4th are expected anytime - and that would be for Sunny & Praveen!

If there is any other N650R delivery in Chennai, you can expect a war initiated by Sunny

Well my statement was based on the info from a service advisor (Gopal) at Chennai pbk.

The first bike delivered was indeed Ravi's. Aditya got an out of turn allotment - he jumped queue. Hence I got pushed back to 3rd. Anyway the good news is that PBK received mine and Praveen's bikes today. PDI tomorrow and delivery expected on Monday after registration.
