Superb Ride !!!

What a G2G man... Couldn't write much as my Nose is literally Running like anything, but to express my thoughts on today here it is...

After a Long time - A Good Ride with wonderful company in a perfect weather without any disturbances to a peaceful place with new landscapes to capture through our lens and some good dosas to satisfy our growling tummies in the morning - snacks and water during our chat sessions, and some chilled Pepsi - 7Up to re-engerize us to reach us back home with the same energy we rode in the morning.

@ Sriram - I should have charged royalty for the term "Fearless Leader" when I coined it - would have made some easy money!

@ Nishant - Why weren't you on the ride dude? Working so hard for the company's coffers?

I thought so. I know you are not the one who miss out on weekend rides and something like this is too good to miss. Good thing about this ride is that we had fantastic roads all the way except for truck traffic at some pockets of the NH5.

Destination, mutual date, member's availability, accommodation and Climate are some of few factors go into planning for a trip. For a change why don't you come up with a plan? For a change let me take a break.

Was a really nice & refreshing ride - Thanks to 13 others for your presence. Good to have ridden with a large group & riding at the tail made the whole thing look really "BIG" - I wasn't well - slept off for the rest of the day/night after the ride, so didn't process the pictures. Most of the pics i took are with Avinash's camera - I will post the remaining in my camera soon.

Avinash - Once again i say this - Always, Always Charge your battery's after every outing (Not before every outing) - You will forget to take out your camera before the outing, But you will always take it out after outing (to atleast transfer your pictures) - Whats the point in investing 1L in a camera and not have a battery to use it?

Next weekend ride will be a Overnighter. This time in and around Nellore (A.P). Plan is to leave around 7th July afternoon and return to Chennai on 8th July say evening. Plan is to explore few places around Nellore. Have dismissed the idea of doing it as a One day ride since riding all the way, it is better to go explore few other places and return leisurely. Thanks Ananth for coming up with a ride plan. I shall be joining him for this ride. If anyone interested do join for the ride.

• Relax in Nellore beach for the evening
• Stay in AP Tourism's Mypad beach view Hotel (Still hunting for numbers to book stay)
• Dinner in Nellore & late to bed

08/07/2012 - Day 2

• Start after Sunrise / Coffee / refreshments
• Visit Kandaleru Reservoir
• Visit Penna River
• Visit Somasila Reservoir
• Ride the roads along Penna River where possible
• Ride along Cumbam / Lankamalla Forest Range
• Comeback via Tirupathy / Sri Kalahasthy / Tada

No Sunny, I was working in weekend whole June and now free whole July. I missed this ride big time and then kicked myself every time i heard good thing about the ride . But Ananth's trip plan for coming weekend looks good and relaxed. I'm 90% in and will confirm by tomorrow evening.

Yup I got it Ananth, Actually I never faced this issue previously because I always Charge my cam before the trip but this time it was sudden decided at the very last moment but as you said "Charge your battery's after every outing (Not before every outing) " I am gonna follow that
