Should be well before 1 PM I guess. Mostly highway ride thus less time on the roads.

Let me see if I can join considering the fact I'll return home only by 4:00 AM from work.

      • I meant not lot of pot holes full of road and thus quick ride back. road is smooth and all NH. thus thought so

Heard roads are bad from Tindivanam towards Tiruvannamalai through a colleague who was there last weekend.

          • Then we can add another 1 to 2 hours in the ride. but will be trying to start early as its festive time and bad idea to keep ourself away from home in weekends !!!

            • ^^^ Quite agree; try to leave even earlier, say 5:00 AM or so OR ride very faster on NH45 (which is quite risky compared to NH4) until Tindivanam. From my estimate on group ride, it would take nearly 2 hours reaching Tindivanam & add another half hour to reach Gingee town. And remember the fog like smokes all around, dedicated to the lord of smokes & festival of pollution

                    • Sri - Just FYI; Raja has resumed Motul dealership once again; so I hopefully think one can expect less than MRP prices for Motul products here

I've ordered a chain lube & cleaner for Rs 970 (not sure on MRP, appreciate someone can confirm); last time when I bought chain lube, I very very vaguely remember somewhere around Rs 450

It was awesome ride for sure. Had great time. Tooks some photographs after long time and I feel I'm not so damn bad . Few take aways from this ride was -
                                1. A bad breakfast can really screw up the body in early morning specially when riding.
                                2. Dont eat that breakfast and climb mountains.
                                3. keep extra water bottles other then the one for drinking - or carry a camel back
                                4. Good friends and a good ride can wave off all the bad things of the day from your mind.
