guys on a similar note - I am leaving Chennai too. Got my admissions cleared at KJ Somaiya in Mumbai for my MBA. College starts on the 15th of June for me. Since bikes are allowed on campus, I am taking my Apache to Mumbai. Got to figure out the formalities for the bike. So yeah, thats an update from my side!

@praveen - monsoon in maharashtra - western ghats - spectacular - youwill have a lot of fun machi.keep touring.

Pune is one awesome place in the monsoons... esp. the western ghats from Pune to Lonavla to Mumbai... its simply superb... was there for three months... had a blissful time with my friends... all on pulsars... and we had one sloshy ride with all raincoats and helmets on!!! Man we needed to be overhauled after the ride... but it was total fun!!! All the best Praveen..

Hello folks,

Things have taken an interesting turn from my end!

I quit my job a few weeks back and joined my new Employer end of last week. Just as I settled down, I came to know that my first assignment is in Pune. I will be heading there this Monday and will be there for the next few months. However, I will be shuttling between Bangalore and Chennai in the mean time for various reasons.

My bike stays in Chennai with Allen. In the month of July, I plan to take it to Pune.

However, these are the recent developments from my side and will keep posting as and when things happen.

I hope it won't be too long before I'm back to Chennai permanently!

I don't know if the trip to the "mangrove forest" (forgot the place's name) materialize or not. But me and my friend are planning to go to Tada Waterfalls on this Sunday.

Anybody interested ? Let me know so we can plan it accordingly.

Heard the road till a point is very good...and then last 10 kms or so, it is only lose gravel, boulders, sand...in short, some dirt biking experience!

i got my admissions cleared in UNSW, sydney for masters in urban development & design.... classes from july 20.... will b leaving during first week of july.....

will b missing my FZ and all u ppl out here on XBHP!!!!!

And I think I have to tell my story too...

As few of you out here know I will be leaving to Mysore for my training on June 8th......not sure how long will be my training and I don't know if I could take my bike along with me....But if everything goes well then I might take my bike along with me.....will be back in Chennai after my training is over.
