We pay Rs.400 for a half-day session, which according to the MMSC is from 9 am to 1 pm for motorcycles. According to the details on the website, the practice sessions are only allowed on Sundays, but wonderboy is yet to confirm that in here.

Any bike is allowed (as far as I'm sure), and it's advised for you to wear protective gear while riding. For further details, check out their website.
