Hey Ananth - that is interesting - in fact I was myself thinking of a two day ride to Kanyakumari and back - just for the heck of it - one day ride there and next day back - saw the route maps - Chennai to Kanyakumari says 700kms - through the NH - trichy - madurai route... so dunno the other route

I am not sure abt the distance from Nagapatinam.I think you head to trichy ..madurai and then to kanyakumari.it is about 360- 400 kms kms from trichy.it can be a 2 day ride but a 3 day ride will be omfortabel.you can visit the famous kovalam beach as well.

Well, I was just thinking of such a ride. Let the trip roll on.. I might just think of doing it if things go well.

For now, let us ride to Pichavaram, and then to Point Calimere if possible..

Congrats on the new AGV, you can be sure of this lid protecting your cranium as any other, probably even better so, but you might need to get used to the chunk of it, it's as though it's carved from a solid piece

We are starting by 5 AM tomorrow.

Meet up place: Cozeee Point, Besant Nagar Beach.

For now, The plan is to ride to Pichavaram / Chidambaram by lunch, finish the boating and then to Nagapatinam by sunset.
