Hi people

There is a problem with panthanivas, in case of advance booking we need to pay the full amount.

Rooms availabe are dorm which is 12 bed /200 odd per head and double bed which is 650 ie 325 per head. Kolkata and Bam guys are sure for a night stay. Also me and my 4 friends is opting for the same. 12 odd guys from kolkata and 4-5 guys from bam and 4 of us. which means the dorm and 4-5 double room, total of 5800 odd. So please transfer 275 into my account.

I will show proper bills and clear up in case of dues. Hope aditional 75 is ok with you guys. Also after you have transfered the amount, please call me @9040172184 with your preferences so that i can book accordingly, also text me your names, i mean 30-40 avik kahan se ayega. Another XBHP member ANIRBAN will be coming with me.. I will be waiting till 11 at max, please try to transfer before that

So a total of 2685

The tariff is 800 for 4 bed, 650 for 2 bed and 150 per bed for dorm of 12 beds, all the beds are single, so in a double bed room its difficult to accommodate one extra.

Then i planned to book a 4 bed room for 4 of us(me, anirban, somnath and sadhu) and also rooms for srikant as per his request. Whatever rest money i will have i will book beds in dorm. So two 4 bed rooms and 7 beds in dorm.

But after going there i found that beds in the dorm cant be booked single, you have to book the whole dorm. And i didnt have enough money to make book 2 Rooms and the whole dorm. I personally want a room as i prefer western washrooms, also we are 4 so its perfect for us. Hence with the resouces i had i booked the whole dorm and when i get the money from Sunny Konkal i will book a room for us. A total of 2620(1800 dorm+ a 4 bed 800+ 20 booking charges which is not refundable(rule of panthanivas)

@NS aka Sourav - I have booked for you, please pay me the amount when we meet.
@Sunny - I will book for myself when i get your money
@Srikant - I will pay you 30 and you have to collect the rest 200 from your fourth rommie
@BAM guys - Sorry people didnt recieve anything from your side so didnt book for you except for Raman

BTW How many from kolkata are coming. 4 from bbs and one from Bam has contributed including me. I wont be able to book for the rest as it will be difficult for me to leave office and go 14 odd kms one way.

Guys who will be staying in dorm need to pay150, in 4 bed room 200 and 2 bed room 325, as of now accommodation has been done. After i book for myself it will be 20.

I hope i am able to clear the expenditures. If not get back to me anytime. I tried my best to make it better for you guys, hope you are ok with it

No problems man, we are going for G2G, so that should be our motto rather than searching hotels, this thing wont happen regularly so for me its an opportunity to share our experiences with each other. That's why i wanted to book early so that we can have more fun and more interactions . Somnath is coming with us, a guy who has been to most spots in orissa,vizag and sikkim in a platina, it should be an wonderful experience for all, its very rare u see a guy applying dont let your motorcycle interfere with your motorcycling.
