@all: why are you guys worrying so much? till now we have 28 confirmed guys. so at panthnivas dormitry we can accomodate 12 guys and another 12-16 guys can share the available 4 rooms (if its not too small). what say???
p.s. i can sleep on my bike if needed (have this experience when me and my friends didn't get rooms for a night stay)

Guys why is there such a hue and cry ????
There should be many hotels in Chandipur.....Panth-niwas is not the only hotel in the whole of Chandipur.....try somewhere else please if they dont want to avail our rooms.Next,also look for Lodges and Dharamshalas there would be loads of rooms.If rooms are not at all at Chandipur,then lets relocate the stay at Balasore.Both BBSR and Kol Xbhpians arrive at Balasore,drop their baggage,refresh themselves and then head for the beach.Visit all places nearby and return to Balasore by 9 o clock at night.....its simple.

Though I personally would have enjoyed if the lodge was by the beach,we could have strolled around cursing and whistling till 9 o'clock Then have our dinner,followed by another stroll and retire to our own rooms by 10.30pm.Being able to spend an evening amid sea winds and watching white surfs,gives a sense of ethereal feeling,that only onwheels and myself have encountered on our Digha/Mandarmoni road trip

Good news

I have just received a call from the manager of panthnivas he can accommodate up to 40 persons on 24th up to 25th breakfast time.
But the thing is we need to book the rooms today or tomorrow first hour.

I even had a talk with the guys of hotel shubam , chandipur, they have enough rooms to accommodate us the have a non ac dormitory with a capacity of 12+3 members and a conference hall with a capacity of 12 members { no cots just beds on the ground}

but plz make the list of persons coming by tomorrow

But how would Panthnivas accomodate us ?????
Atleast I wont like to be accomodated like cows even for a night in the heart of Civilization
Had we been in highly secluded places-far away from civilization,I would have been happy happy to spend the night under the stars.

I would like the fact that if 3 or 4 rooms with 2-3 person capacity should also be booked....apart from the dormitory.I think many some members would also like rooms too....please watch this place.

Yes the TOURERs act fast but Subhom Hotel needs booking thru money transfer by HDFC Bank.

They have huge attitude and not customer friendly.

So better to avoid them,I wont like the fact if they say their garden weeds are better and more expensive than our bikes during the parking session.

So we have Paanth-Niwas accomodating well for us.

Numbers of riders are increasing 18 from BBSR and 12 from kolkata, come on xmen where are the rest. Make it large.

Any updates on hotels and all.
BBSR X-Men we will meet on 23rd night, even for 1 hour. We have to decide the persons who are going to lead and trail. Also decide a speed which all the bikes can maintain. Please take first aid with you, i will be taking some with me, also try to take a volini or something like that, it might be needed. Also we need to point out the best tourer among us and make him take the responsibility of captaining the group, we all are equal but if one or 2 guys are taking the responsibilities then rest will be free, trust me i have been in group and this works. BTW how many of BBSR X-Men have been to chandipur earlier.

hi manager of Panthnivas again called me to confirm the no of rooms and the no of people joining the event.

guys someone at BBSR should take the responsibility and book the rooms for us, no or person willing to stay there can transfer the fund to him so that he can book the rooms for us
