Meet up with Raman(raman sriharsha) today afternoon and also had a talk with Swagat(chicane1879), we all came to one thing about the ride. We will divide the group into 2, one will be comfort where bikers will be driving round about 70 odd and other will be speed where people will go beyond three figures. Splitting into groups would prevent chaos to an extent. And also we can also earmark places so that we can meet up at places at periodic intervals/distances.And dont worry, splitting doesnt mean that the groups will ride of their own and leave the other group in hostility.Originally posted by devrockz View Post

Hows is it going on till now? counting the days every day for the G2G. only 24 members have given their detail in the Google Spreadsheet. are we just 24 members coming for the event.
some one has even written on the sheet that "

Very bad
its realy very bad to see that some un known person has deleted the whole data in the google spread sheet where we have mentioned all our details about guys who are willing to participate in the bbsr -calcutta g2g.
but thank god google have the facility of backing up the file, due to which i can get back the whole data.
Its really bad for the person who has deleted the data.
I request everyone to download the spread sheet and a keep a record of the data in it.MuRtHY

guys please don't worry or take tension ( tension deneka lene ka nahi )
we are coming despite lots of bad things happening in kolkata thread but the plan for the trip is final on tentative date ( hope this line are not OT mods will not have any problem with it)
BBSR x members when you guys are booking rooms and where is it panthinivas and is it dormitory or rooms??Comment

Hey buddy,
whats up, it seems none has had a talk with the Authorities of Panthnivas regarding our stay because i dont think we have a clear picture of how many persons are coming and how many will stay there at night, how many are veg and how many are non- veg.
if we get the correct figures we can have a talk with the Panthnivas authorities and finalize the rooms and other things.

Yes, food shouldn't be a problem.
