@raman sriharsha -- Where to meet man? Atleast we 9 (hopefully 2 more) can ride together from Bhubaneswar, are all of you coming to BBSR the day before, we can have a mini meeting and decide also

i will be riding from parlakhemdi to bam on 23rd and from bam we 5 will start and reach bbsr by 23rd before sun set..

let all the members confirm their participation we can finally decide something ..i may com to bbsr on 10th ,so i am thinking of a g2g .,

RASULGARGH will be fine to meet before starting on 24th

kolkata G2G meet is on 25th na .

i may be out of station on 25th or 26th if the date is final to 26th then myself n my RTR is ready to make DHOOM with all you guys .....

the date will be finalised may be in a 1 or 2 days.

but my self is 99.99% CNF .........

very sorry raman, actually we had plans for gopalpur, so it was a slip of fingers

, yes we will ride together from rasulgarh on 24th btw i stay @ patia in BBSR where are BAM guys staying for the night of 23rd july

I will be staying at my frnd's home.kalpana square..donno about others..But all wil report at a prticular point at same time which will be dcided

guys one suggestion............. if we count like how many are actually going for this mega G2G one by one, then its going to be a hectic problem. so what we can do is we can make a list of the ones who are going in our respective official meet thread and post the final list here. by this we will have a clear data as who are joining and who are not; which will help us to make all the arrangements properly and swiftly...........just my suggestion

and like someone already mentioned we should contribute some fund to the mods who will pay on behalf for all and when the fund comes low we all can again contribute; this will be easier while paying for fooding and lodging.
